It was a good day, and I would book this hotel again

Location off the main road was excellent. Easy to get to. The main desk staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast area was clean, and very enjoyable.

The location of the elevator was confusing behind the fire door. The interior could use an update with the rugs.

Never again.

Dirty, run down. Asked for a new TV controller 5 hours later I went to the desk again and then 45 mins later 1 was dropped off at the room. Breakfast was ok (small letters)

handicapped rooms are on the 4 floor a long walking distance from the elevator. Hotel is basically a flop house for out of state workers

Waste of money 💰

Didn't expect anything more than what they had. Was surprised to find lactaid milk Location close to highway

Smell like cigarettes smoke triggered our allergies. Had to leave before length of stay. Stuffy room and smell of smoke on pillows. Dark room and could turn desk light on room hallway no plug...

Did the job but not much sleep gained

Basic clean accommodation

Vincent's night club is at the back of the hotel so very noisy. Admittedly it was a Saturday night, not sure how it would be in other nights. Might be an idea to request a road facing room

The location was close to an event that I was attending so it was convenient.

The shower switch was broken and it was difficult to move it from low setting to shower setting. Furthermore, there was discrepancies on how to pay which could have been listed on their site or booking.com.

house keeping should know who is coming and who is going, very annoying to be woken up to someone walking into a locked

Disappointed

Smells like cigarettes and the staff was having a conversation with another staff member and cursing loudly. Where is the professionalism? Would not go back there
