The staff was nice and friendly. The price was ok. For the condition of the room $80 would have been a better price.

The room was run down. The tub was atrocious. The room needs to be updated.

The worst hotel I’ve been to in a long time.

Hotel is near the freeway.

Worst hotel I’ve been to in a long time. This hotel is rated 3 stars. Really! Everything is very old and dingy, Room stunk. Old torn bed covers. Black molds on bathroom grout. Never again.

centrally located to where I was visiting.

close to the airport

very run down, furnishings were very worn. I stayed her about 13 years ago and they are still using the same bed linens and it shows. holes in the comforter. saw a few roaches. the floors were kind of sticky and no working fan in the bathroom . the room had a mildew smell. ice machine in the hall was leaking on the floor and they just laid towels in front of it.

We felt uncomfortable.

The outside was cute. There was one lady that was really nice. The bed was comfortable.

There is no breakfast. They haven't updated their website in 2 years. They don't have airport transportation or continental breakfast. The couch in our room was torn.

Bed was comfortable; dark out curtains are helpful.

Breakfast would have been helpful, even yogurt, cold cereal, juice, since we had to leave early for an event

Water surrounding the ice machine kept me from using it; gave the area an unkempt look

How close it was to my work outside looks good inside of building looks good customer service was great

The room was disgusting I ask for a different room but they had nothing they said no door lock security broken the Couch look like dogs ate it up None of the lights were plugged in had to go around and plug in lights. Even TV. The coffee pot Was dirty inside. The room was disgusting.

what is the worst experience ever for my daughter. And the first time for me to be able to show her that her mom’s there

location to the airport

Was disgusting and filthy and I took pictures of it all I need to take a shower had to buy a blanket to put over the bed for I can get some rest customer service. They were rude and to go stay someplace else didn’t like it. I want somebody to contact me I paid $125 for my daughter to be in a safe place and they would shower before getting on the plane and she was not able to nobody would help her I paid for the room. def worth the price and can’t beat the location for Ontario shuttles!!

The room is huge and clean the ac runs cold. The tub is massive!! The wifi is great ran my fire stick with no issues. The girl at the front desk helped us get our stuff to the room. she went above and beyond and was so kind about it I think her name was Haley. The fridge is cold the microwave is clean. There is a ceiling fan.. the shuttle picks up 200 ft from our hotel. The bed is Comfy with decent pillows. A full closet. Great makeup lighting and multiple mirrors including a full body. 2 sink so we both had our own get ready area. seemed to be fairly sound proofed as I was there Fri-Sun for a festival and only heard music upon opening my door but was unable to hear from inside room.

A bit outdated. the tub was filthy had to clean it just to get into it after a long day at a music festival. Towels barely wrapped half way around me and were quite thin. the hot tub didn’t look hot and was really looking forward to that.

service not great, not very clean and lacks amenities.

Close to the airport

The coffee table in our room was sticky and gross and there was a dead cockroach in the hallway. It took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were waiting at the front desk. There was no breakfast even though it stated in the booking that there would be.

wonderful hotel great rooms

we had two rooms with connecting door very large rooms and very nicely maintained comfortable beds and sheets very nice front desk staff great parking great wifi big bathrooms rooms have wet bars with sinks and coffee makers excellent hotel will go back each time I’m in Ontario from now on!

they didn’t have breakfast which I think covids over they should bring it back

Pool area needed fixing up, jacuzzi was Luke warm.
