shouldn’t rent a room out if it’s has mold and horrible walls.

it was ok

the room was really gross black mold in the bathroom peeling paint. no clean towels and dirty towel left in the room. the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out and had some rotten food in it. the bathtub felt like you were going to fall threw walls in the room were gross as well. smelt like smoke and dog.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected all cold food, but we went down early and i don't think they had put anything out but we were in the hours specified.

The pool wasn't up and running. Elevator was needing some attention.

It was horrible!

The hotel was filthy, the bed sheets had stains on it, the whirlpool was missing buttons, the smoke detector were missing batteries, on the web site it offered a swimming pool but it was closed! The room was missing toilet paper!

My husband was unable to stay at this location because when he went to check in they said the “system was down and they couldn’t check him in”. I had prepaid through booking.com. Although I had called ahead a time to verify his check-in and was sure everything was a go, I had no idea this would happen. the solution proposed to us was to cancel booking.com and then rebook with the hotel directly. when I told them I couldn’t cancel the booking.com reservation I was then told I should have booked through the hotel directly and this wouldn’t have been a problem. So I drove 1.5 hours and picked up my husband at 2am and we drove home and paid for a room through booking.com that this hotel would not honor with the excuse “they system was down and there was nothing they could do”.

It was a little embarrassing to have my family come to the room that I stayed in. I had a split door. People couldn’t us

convenient location

My bathroom door was split in half my dresser, and my nightstand and refrigerator was dusty and smeared with something it was dirty to me. I wasn’t smeared with cleaner it was sticky. I did ask if I could get something or somebody to come up and clean it. I asked for another room I seen people check in after me that got another room, but they told me they were was none they offered no discount.

we moved the chair in our room and there was nothing but trash under it. we had to wipe down the whole side of the fridge because there was sticky stuff all down the side of it. we asked for an extra blanket and were told they couldn’t give out any extra blankets.

Wasn't blown away, but was okay with the stay.

The location has a lot of restaurant option near it. The bed had plenty of pillows.

The caulk around the jacuzzi tub wasn't sealed and stuck to my fingers upon contact. Also, the water was like warm at best.

I like nothing about the hotel. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in; it smells and is dirty. I would not keep my dog there let alone my family.

Room is less than good condition. Toilet seat was to small for the toilet and when flushed it sounded like a tornado. Furniture in room in poor shape with missing parts. The staff was less than friendly. Elevator had not been certified in over a year. Fire alarm when off in the middle of the night from a long term (assuming relative of the owner) who was smoking pot and set it off. The pictures and description on the booking web site was very misleading. Will never stay there again and would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

our room was horrible. The lock on our door was broken. The seat of the toilet was broken; it was not attached AT ALL to the toilet. The wall by the sink had blood or SOMETHING all over it. The room just felt dirty.

A little over priced for a middle grade room.

Friendly thoughtful checking in

Room wasn’t vacuumed, prior guest left medicine on floor and trash on floor under sink. Expected better for the cost. Double billed on my credit card ( said it was to cover damage if there be would be any. ) There wasn’t any damage. Hot breakfast was a disappointment. Only hit item was coffee and a waffle.

Dirty room. Corroded bath fixture. Faucet handle broken so it did not turn off unless in a very specific position. Electrical outlet under desk did not have a cover - dangerous.
