Breakfast was great, staff was helpful and polite!! Heidi was especially helpful throughout our stay, she was attentive and ready to address any questions we had.

The employees, which includes front desk, custodial services, and food services, all provided excellent customer service.
Although I didn’t have a problem on this visit but it appears parking would definitely be a problem if all rooms are filled.

The breakfast was ok, the room was excellent and the air was wonderful and helpful i was lost a little bit they were kind to redirected me in the direction.
nothing really was there not to like every thing was just good on good, this was my first time in Huston i really enjoyed my one night. i got a good night rest, waking refreshed ready to move off again.
