The staff is amazing - quality tasty food - comfy beds -
The noise - doors banging and slamming 24/7 affecting your sleep - poor noise insulation - heavy super warm over thick comforters

Unbeatable location. Concierge was friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. Complementary toiletries were cute and very useful.
Not a fan of carpet floors. It was expensive for what is offered.

The lobby and the staff
Shower didn't spray strong..the view was terrible, pool was drained and there was water damage in the bathroom. The carpet was outdated and we had to pay for wifi.
