Water wasn’t that hot in shower

All Employees are well trained and eager to serve.

The entrance to the hotel is not visible. The vacant land surrounded the area is tall grass.

The breakfast was good and room was spacious. Close to the airport which was convenient. Gym was decent and kitchen was well equipped.

The staff was kind but sometimes was not at front desk for long periods of time when I needed assistance. The pool was not open which was a big let down.

The room was very spacious and well equipped.

The furniture is dated, and the common areas are not the cleanest. The shuttle service is okay, but the process wasn’t very clear from the Booking description. I contacted the staff twice through Booking for more information but didn’t get a reply, so I had to call once I arrived at the airport to arrange the service. I then had to walk to a different terminal and wait quite a long time for the shuttle. While the staff member on the phone was very helpful, I would have appreciated arranging everything earlier. Also, the hotel is not that close to the airport: the drive was around 10-15 minutes.
