terrible, I hate that place, wants my money back

terrible, I hates and I want my money back because they charge me to a wrong card, never help with anything, was racists and rude and never let me rest asking me for payments extras for everything, breakfast disgusting

racists, wrong charges, dirty and they refuse to send housekeeping

Overall, I enjoyed a quiet, comfortable and clean stay.

Hotel was isolated from high traffic.

Lowest quality Four Points I’ve been too. Looks like they are 3/4 through upgrading the hotel but we booked it for the indoor pool and it was unusable due to the temp

It ticks most of the boxes and is a good place to stay if you want to be close to George Bush airpor

Clean / comfortable room, with a nice bathroom and shower. It was nice to find a safe in the room. The restaurant / bar had reasonable food. A limited choice, but was good quality. It was close / convenient for the airport.

I was only there for a couple of days and had ridiculously early flights, so my use of the hotel was limited. There wasnt anything i didnt particularly like about the hotel.

Very convenient to everything, my first time visiting Houston and staying at the 4Points made it feel like home ❤️

Nice and Clean

The ambience of the hotel, room decor and amenities. It was clean outside and in with CDC protection guidelines practice.

Restaurant and bar service wasn't available. No breakfast or drinks. Website wasn't updated to mention no availability.

I’m not sure I liked anything. The lobby are seemed to be nice

the room was dirty, reception was nice enough to check me in as my flight was late but i asked about breakfast and the front desk told me since i booked with booking breakfast is not included however going back to my reservation i paid extra for breakfast. the room was musty and humidity. towels were filled with holes and rips, tons of stains on walls

Very friendly and suited my stop over.

Excellent airport shuttle service. room clean and very comfortable bed. great linen!

Menu very restricted but sufficient if you are based here.

I would not recommend this hotel after i stayed in it

the breakfast was not good, looks like microwave food. Did not taste good at all

I did not like paying extra for a room with a bath tub and did not get one

NOT A SHERATON HOTEL

there isn’t a place to eat . in the hotel there is a restaurant? with only 4 or 5 options. plus the appearance does invite to enter. looks dirty. The hotel it’s located in the middle of nowhere . Same trash at the entrance of the hotel since the check in time until check out time (6:00 P.M 5:30 AM)

Not worth the money, stay elsewhere

The duvets were lovely, the bathroom was nice but no shampoo, conditioner or liquid soap - these products had not been checked nor refilled . Pickup and delivery back to airport provided which was great. This is very unlike any other Sheraton I have stayed in.

The room had white mould growing in the coffee machine, all 3 bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were empty. No milk in the very iced up fridge but 5 different types of sugar. Chicken for dinner has raw in the middle and the breakfast menu the next day was unable to provide any fruit or waffles. The menu was very basic and hence left virtually nothing to eat for someone with allergies. Only green tea available in the dining area.
