The location was great. It was close to the airport, which made it not too expensive to take an Uber. There were fast-food restaurants within walking distance, and a convenience store in the opposite direction. For fast food, there were: Burger King, Wendy's, and Popeye. The area seemed relatively safe. The cost of the room was very reasonable. The room was clean and quiet. It had a good view of the freeway traffic, which created distractions. The large refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate proved to be valuable to me.
Too many people were loitering around the property. I didn't know how many of them were guests. Also, the cigarette smoking in front of the building was a bit too much. There was also some drinking.

The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious and cook ware and utensils were on hand and supplied.
Communicating with the house keeping staff was an unpleasant experience and they over looked some of the thorough cleaning needing to be done.
