I would visit again

The hotel does not offer breakfast as advertised. But the location was convenient for me. The fridges in the room very helpful but the stoves need to be cleaned inorder to be used. They smoked too much upon turning on. Last but not least there are cockroaches. Otherwise the staff is great and housekeeping is good. The carpets in future might need an upgrade.

There is no breakfast, the parking is 2 blocks from the property. My room was not clean, trash not taken out no towels in the room. The door was left open when I went to the room. The a/c did not work thank goodness it was not to hot outside. Then they rushed me to check out the room after I had to take all of my things out to wait for them to go back in and clean upon arrival and I get there at 6pm just saying they could have been patient with giving 15 mins. This is a horrible old hotel with no elevator and no fictional mechanical equipment. There was not even a working ice machine. Very very very disappointed just pay the extra one hundred dollars and go some where else. This is the reason why you have to pay in full up front because when you see the place you will NOT want to stay.

The hotel was great for what we needed, place in close proximity to Toyota Center, but that’s it!

I LOVED the location of the hotel in the city. 1st time ever that I have driven to a location, parked my car, & it crank up u til time to go home. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everyone we spoke with just made us feel welcome.

The bed & shower didn’t look clean. There was hair all over the shower and in the bed. On the bed, not sure if there are different ways to measure, but your queen was way smaller than my queen. (This was a big deal for two plus sized individuals.) The. A little concerned about fridge being unplugged when we entered. Didn’t know if that was normal practice, or if something was not working on it.

Location is great. But I wouldn’t recommend staying.

The location was great. I also liked that you had to be buzzed in to get inside.

Everything. When I went check in there seem to be question as to whether or not our room already had someone in it. I even tried to cancel but it was non refundable. She went and checked and it was fine. The pictures on the website aren’t even close to what the place looks like. Very dirty and smelly. I get that places are old but can still be kept up. When we walked in the room was very hot and the dial wouldn’t go all the way to the coldest setting. It was just my daughter and myself and she felt very unsafe and begged me to leave.

I liked when it was time to checkout and leave.

It's harder to think of something I DID like about this unorganized death trap. I will NEVER stay here again and for $138 even the worst located motel 6 would be a very welcomed upgrade 2 young ladies had there vehicle broken into with the perpetrator still by there car and masturbating to them when they arrived in the parking lot which is way off site on a different block. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!

Good For Short Stays

It is great for the price. They are transparent on their website about what to expect. Room was in good shape. kitchen included. Slightly smaller room but again, I wasn’t expecting more than I got. Staff was great. I arrived extremely early and for a small fee I was able to get in the room by 11am.

I didn’t see the continental breakfast any morning.

Horrible Hotel

The location was closer to my working venue Convention Center.

I booked for 2 persons a deluxe 2 queen beds room, when my other party arrived she could not be let in the room unless we pay an extra $69 and yet I booked for two people. Finally after proving with my booking is when it got sorted out. Basically there is an incompetent person working that does not understand anything. The room was so small that even the bedside furniture cannot be used its put sideways, cockroaches in the room, the tv is bigger than the space and protrudes to the walkway to kitchen; could hit somebody's head. The ned is so close to the door because the room is so tight for 2 beds. This is a horrible hotel with alot of noise throughout the night.

You get what you pay for!

Location was good

No parking in the unit. Parking was two blocks far from the unit and for additional fees. They changed and increased the parking fees at checkout. They took so long time to process my tax refund and was never deposited to my bank account.

I would not stay there again. Find something better.

Can’t say I liked anything.

Towels weren’t clean, they had stains on them. There was a small roach in my room which probably means the hotel is infested. Very creepy, unsettling vibes. Had old, dusty smell overall and the mattress sounded like it was still in the plastic it came in when it was bought. I had to pay $20 for parking that was a few blocks away and upon arrival, guests were flustered over not being able to find the parking lot. A staff member, got mad like a child when a third person asked where the parking lot was. I myself had a hard time finding it. I seriously suggest finding another hotel. Im sure there are better options out there for the same price.

I’m glad I didn’t stay in the hotel for very long, it was just gross.

I'm satisfied and would recommend anyone to stay at that hotel.

The location of the hotel was good. In addition, the per night payment against the room location and service was paid off totally.

Only, the breakfast service can be improved, timing can be a little earlier or more flexible.

Horrible! Stay well clear!

“stay away” - hidden sanitation fee $20 rooms are smelly/dirty parking lot is locked on/off and can’t be accessible until certain hours, breakfast is a sham! guys spend a little extra and stay well clear of this place! I wouldn’t recommend this place; drive further for vacancy or skip a meal to pay for stay elsewhere!

I received the key to an occupied room. luckily, when we opened the door, the occupants were not indisposed or in their room. I had paid for a two bed room and it was a single full size bed. The lobby was hot and muggy. No elevators. the online pictures are deceiving.

That it was close to the Toyota Center, where I attended the event.

That when I arrived at the hotel, they charge me an extra $20 for cleaning, but I had already paid for this service when I booked. I remember that when I left the hotel, there were people in the lobby complaining about extra charges, I did not give importance to it but, two hours after I left the hotel, they sent me a message charging me an extra $200 because they said what I had broken the blinds, obviously we didn't broken anything. And the room wasn't very clean and it had a bad smell.

I enjoyed the location was right by the Toyota center. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay again

I saw two roaches in my room. Maintenance will just walk in and not knock. This is an old property and it had an old smell.

had a fun time, but 1 night was all I could take.

the location is truly unbeatable. it is in the middle of downtown and walking distance from the Toyota center. free parking was cool too.

it was not very clean. I found bugs on the bed when I removed the sheets. I was also told the rooms were sanitized and there is an up charge for that but the room smelled old. it is not a hotel, this is a motel feel…old sheets, no elevator, and the tv situation is weird.

I had no tv remote for two days of my trip and when I asked the manager they told me to download an app that couldn’t be used. The towels had yellow stains all over them and when I tried to seek any resolution from staff they basically shrugged it off without care. Breakfast is non existent so don’t even try. the blinds are also broken and the property is most definitely more ran down than pictured.
