Breakfast was excellent. Robert keeps everything stocked and is constantly cleaning and is very personable. He was the same when I stayed there 2 years ago and he has not let up. Also, there was hot coffee in urns in the lobby at all times.

The room was clean and cozy , the breakfast was great and staff was friendly . I believe his name was Lionel but he was very helpful over the phone !

The gentleman that prepares breakfast is the best thing about this place. The food is well prepared, area clean - but separate the tables like they were...nobody is looking to have family style with strangers.
How about shampoo/cleaning of all the carpets? They're disgusting. More benches out front under the awnings - not by the cars. Clean the elevator, the hallways...everywhere. The place looks dirty because it is dirty.
