Noise is a huge deal breaker

Very friendly staff!

Too much noise. You could hear people in the hallway, lobby and outside of the room on the first floor. Need much better sound rating. Also, the bathroom door handle was broken and one of the charging outlets next to the bed did not work.

Great place to stay flying in or out of Atlanta.

Delicious breakfast. Newly refurbished. Walk to restaurants.

Misleading information about the free airport shuttle. We had to call for an Uber.

Good stay

It was clean, close by highway and restaurant.

The laundry room was on one of the top floors and at the end of the hallway. I think it should have been in a more centralized location.

Good staff make a difference.

Front desk lady super nice despite overwhelming amount of people checking in at once. Close to Domestic side of the airport. Great shuttle driver.

Broken elevators, only 1 out of 3 were working. Unreliable shuttle, as it's every hour...maybe ... And it would only drop us off at domestic side, while we needed to be at the international. Once upon a time, shuttles would take you either side.

Nulla. La peggiore esperienza della mia vita… e ne ho fatte tante!

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 6 persone ed abbiamo ricevuto la conferma. Fatto il check in siamo entrati nella stanza e c’erano due letti matrimoniali. Il divano letto non era apparecchiato. Siamo andati a chiedere delucidazioni in reception e -come se fosse tutto normale- ci han dato lenzuola ed un (1… solo 1) cuscino. Niente coperta o piumino. Ci siamo arrangiati a fare il letto (divano letto) ed ecco la seconda sorpresa: tre asciugamani per 6 persone: ma questa volta non ce ne hanno dati altri. La receptionist della notte ha risolto tutto con un laconico “questo è tutto quello che ho”. Anche la colazione era terribile: per nulla assortita e con prodotti di poca qualità.

Great hotel by the airport. Breakfast good for vegetarians.

Clean. New. Excellent egg omelettes for breakfast. Good coffee. Airport will arrange a taxi in lieu of traditional airport shuttle…call front desk to book. Relaxing lobby. Good late checkout option for IHG members.

Perfect for a night's stay on a long layover.

Convenient for a short stay/long layover. Easy to use shuttle to get to/from airport. Free luggage storage for the day.

For the price and location, it was all fine. Not fancy but totally adequate.

Was not happy with the stay as we were treated poorly

I paid for a King room but when I got to the hotel to check in I was told I had to stay in a twin bed room. I even pulled up my receipt to show the rep what was reserved. She stated there was nothing they could do because it was on a first come first serve bases even though I was charged for a king room. This was our anniversary trip. I was completely pissed. I contacted management the next morning and they said they would give me credit and free night they also apologized however I never received any of it. This was a horrible experience for me on how we were treated. I don't recommend this please to anyone. Their customer service and how the treat the customers is unacceptable.

Deprimente, personal de recepción nada amable

Lo único agradable fue el desayuno y la persona que encontré para que me ayude, creo que era un mexicano, quien si tenía la disponibilidad de ayudar, es decir si sabe que es ayudar o atender al huésped.

El personal de recepción.nada amable,, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, puertas de habitación no abrían, tuve que dejar mis 3 maletas grandes y correr a recepción, para pedir cambio de tarjeta,, que encontré para que me ayude, habitaciones deprimentes, solo provoca irse rápido.

Wouldnt book again due to horrible shuttle service

Fine hotel

The bus shuttle only ran once an hour. We stood waiting in the cold at the airpport for 45 minutes to get to the hotel.

After the very unfriendly reception I enjoyed my stay.

The initial reception was cold and off putting. There was an unspoken but discernible resentment that I didn't make my reservation through their website. I had issues with my credit card and a deaf ear was turned to reasonable alternatives suggested by me. Fortunately I was able to resolve this and pay the mandatory $200 refundable deposit WHICH IS YET TO BE REFUNDED. ALL THESE HAPPENED AT ABOUT 12 MIDNIGHT AFTER A LONG FLIGHT AND ANOTHER LONG WAIT FOR A BUS TO PICK ME UP. HONESTLY IF I HAD A CAR I WOULD HAVE CONSIDERED LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE AN

No Shuttle! They promise Uber reimbursement but don’t actually reimburse.

It was a basic HIE. It was as expected - clean with breakfast included.

No airport shuttle. Was instructed to take an Uber in and that the ride would be reimbursed. It was not. There are plenty of other ATL hotels at the same price point. Stay in one of those. The address provided by Booking.com is incorrect and takes you to a different Holiday Inn Express. So it was actually 2 Uber rides to get to this hotel. Very disappointed!

ALL IN ALL IT WAS FINE FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY.

THE STAFF WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY

THE BATHROOM SINK WAS STOPPED UP THERE WERE NO BLACK OUT CURTAINS IN THE ROOM. THE LIGHTS FROM THE OUTSIDE PARKING LOT WAS WAY TOO BRIGHT TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP THE BREAKFAST WAS PIT A FULL. IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BE GOOD, BUT ONCE YOU GOT IN THERE TO FIX SOMETHING IT WAS DEPRESSING... ;(

Highly recommend for proximity to airport, comfort, cleanliness and welcoming reception.

Close to airport with convenient shuttle after unexpected flight cancellation. Very kind and friendly front desk agent.

Disappointed. The surprise of no taxi service after it was promised was very stressful

The beds were comfy and the room was clean

We were told a taxi would pick us up, we rang to be told it is under maintenance and couldn’t help us. The sofa bed had no bedding and was not made up, we rang reception and we had to go down to pick it up.

Camille, the front desk agent was a bonus.

The breakfast was okay and it should have been hotter. The location was great.

The breakfast wasn't hot. Also, the smell of a dog coming through the connected room door.

Exhausting and unprofessional!

Room was clean and breakfast was good.

After traveling all day for my sister’s graduation. My mom waited in the lobby for 3+ hours to get checked in and after multiple attempts to receive help from staff she was constantly ignored. Only after I contacted booking.com customer service was we then checked in. The hotel had no manager to speak to nor explanations as to why my elderly mother was waiting for so long. Asked for compensation but was given a card to email management during business hours.
