I appreciate the shuttle to the airport as my husband can’t walk far. We stayed at a different hotel on the way in that was by the tram and the walk was difficult for him.

Kierra at the front desk was amazing helping me with any issues. She was extremely attentive And I can tell she enjoy helping ppl
The only thing I didn’t like was the painted table I sat at because it had no dog and my jacket was permanently stained from the oil paint. But they compensate me and resigned what they could.

The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. The shower and bath area were perfectly clean.
The tile floor in the bedroom had been swept, but visible blemishes throughout clearly indicate it had not been mopped since the last guest or possibly multiple guest visits.
Also, Atlanta was very busy that weekend and the hotel was packed. The breakfast crew could not keep up at all. The vast majority of food was empty and unavailable. Potatoes were actually served ice cold and still frozen .This was the case two days in a row with no improvement. We absolutely needed to get breakfast elsewhere.
