Very poor

Location was fine. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The woman working the front desk was polite

There were dark curly hairs in the bath towels and on the blanket. There was a used bar of soap already in the shower. The bed sheet was inside out and not fully on the mattress. When asking for a new towel, the man at the from desk said he couldn’t do anything to help and that I would have to wait until the morning for room service

Good location Pricey....booking. com doesn't have best deals. The hotel itself can match any price. 3rd party nonsense is only for convenience. Most of the time , any property will match price or do better

Paying extra 10 bucks a day for a cat. No ice machines, you have to walk to CVS and buy bags

The Red Carpet Inn was in the right location at the right price for my needs.

The location was very good for what I needed to do in the area. I appreciated their accommodating my dog.

The float in the toilet tank had to be set by hand. Otherwise, the water would run without stopping. I let them know of the problem as I was checking out.

management needs to put some money into upgrades and remodeling

price, room was clean and bed comfortable

plugs didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work, ceiling had holes and patches, bugs on floor (roaches), front office coffee station didn’t work either and no WiFi in room!

A last minute, one night place to sleep.

It was the least expensive, last minute booking I could find on line.

No remote channel changer in the room. After two trips back to the office, one was delivered. No tissues in the room. No informational literature, local restaurant guides, directions etc and no directions on contacting front desk for services. No alarm clock, as advertised, and no instructions as to how to contact the front desk to get a wake up call!! This is a bare bones minimal facility.

It was the perfect spot for us to stay, no frills but that is ok for us!

No frills, not the prettiest but definitely worked for us! My only complaint is how hard the water pressure from the showerhead, it was so strong that it was difficult to not get the bathroom floor soaked.

Shower head needs to be changed so it can move more to prevent the wet floor in the bathroom or turn down the pressure.

I like the fact that I was put back in a room that I've had before it's great to know that I'm taking care of every time I come there and it would be great to get the same room every week thank you

Quick in and out, conveniently located and the staff was very nice.

The stench of smoke, etc is pungent; even in the "non-smoking" the facility is older and the carpeting, fabric is worn.

Location

Ac didn't work in the first room. They moved us to another room and it was beat down. One bed had a huge dent in the middle. The furniture was old and tattered. We were there for one night but will never go back.

Decent cheap lodging surrounded by unnecessarily expensive alternatives.

Not trying to be any more than it is: cheap lodging with decent functional rooms in a high-density location.

poor sound isolation between rooms, including upstairs thumping. But in my case things settled down to silence by 10pm.
