Room was clean and as requested it was near the elevator check in was quick and efficient and the lobby is a pleasant environment to sit and chat with visiting friends

Our room was clean(though, there was food in the refrigerator from the previous guest) and the staff were nice.

Location, service, and staff were excellent. It’s the upkeep of the place that needs work. I expected more of a Hilton brand hotel. Carpets need to be replaced, especially in the elevator. One elevator car was out of service and walls need to be painted. A curtain in my room was ripped.
