Location.
Fold out sofa was the most uncomfortable thing over ever slept on. Dated finishes.

The location and staff
We were bitten by something I'm unsure of. The room wasn't the cleanest. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I asked the manager to contact the housekeeping manager, but it was still dirty.
