Llegamos y encontramos sucio. Hasta calcetines sucios en un rincón de los huéspedes anteriores. Lo reportamos y no hicieron nada. El día que realizaron limpieza. Tampoco los recogieron.

Good hotel with a great staff at a great location.

The hotel is walking distance to Katy mall. Friendly and accommodating staff who were Very proactive and helpful in communication through messages and addressing our requests. Rooms had kitchenettes.

Price could have been a little better.

Homewood suites: not worthy of being a Hilton label

Location is great. I enjoyed the proximity of the Mall, restaurants and the freeway.

We traveled with 2 friends who couldn’t get access to their room unless maintenance unlocked their door.(see photo attached taken around 1am). That’s unacceptable. Very bad wifi connection on our side of the hotel, made remote working very difficult. Lights in the suite were bad. Bight in the kitchen and not enough and the bedroom. Orange juice at breakfast was diluted with too much water I guess. Poor taste. The worst breakfast I had in a hotel so far.

We had a wonderful stay at home wood sweets! I strongly recommend

The breakfast was delicious! The hotel I centered around everything I needed. Restaurants, the typhoon Texas water park, the Katy mills mall, and urban air! The family and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. My doggy even enjoyed herself!

Only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay for early check in. Oh and the sofa needs a deep cleaning. That’s it! Everything else was amazing and we will definitely be back when in the Katy area again.

We booked this hotel because of the indoor heated pool option. And the whole time it was not working and so the family could not swim. also, the trash cans in the room are unreasonable small. Especially the ones in the kitchen! And the trash bags don’t fit in the trash cans well.

Pleasant because it’s all new and there are close by convenience stores.

Clean, perfect location, good parking, well maintained and very nice facility. Staff was friendly.

While the staff was friendly, they did no more than smile a lot. They cooler was empty to PURCAHSE water all three days we were there. I asked each morning and evening, got a real nice response, We are out. Asked for room service each day we were there, NOTHING. I did get fresh towels each day, asked the desk attendant and he was quick to get them. Is there a manager that’s paying attention? Hilton built a nice building and set it all up, local management is dropping the ball.

not a satisfying experience

The staff tried to be helpful

My key card kept getting reset and multiple time had to get new ones. There was garbage on the floor and stuffed into heat vent when we first arrived. We didn't get the supposed discount for being part of a wedding. We wouldn't have gone here if we knew the wedding party discount want illegitimate.

I like the location. it was very convenient for what we needed.

The check in clerk was not friendly. The hallways were extremely HOT and MUGGY!! this hotel is in Texas.. why wouldn’t you want your hotel comfortable for your guest when coming in from HOT and MUGGY!! also, room was right outside the laundry room. we could hear the machines all night long.
