After asking 3 times the staff just didn’t clean the room. This was my last stay here!

Our room was the perfect setup for our family of 6.

While the staff was pleasant, there was no "above and beyond" service, i.e. I noted in our reservation we'd be using the sofa bed. Upon a late night arrival, the sofa bed wasn't made nor was there bedding in the room for it. When I called front desk they said they typically like to keep the extra bedding in the closet but if it wasn't there I could run down for it, which I did. There wasnt a fitted sheet in the set so we had to use a blanket for it. There are a few opportunities of better service for that scenario.

Good quality for families with kids.

The check in staff were super helpful and very welcoming. We came with a large group with very young children and they were exceptional with getting us checked in quickly to get the kids to bed. Breakfast both days we stayed was very good. And the pool was clean. Only issue we had were they ran out of towels and in our room we only had a single set the first night and had to ask for enough for the 2 adults and 4 kids in our room.

Parking was hard to find.

Breakfast was great and our kids loved the pool. Hotel staff was very friendly and quick to help us.

There were a couple safety hazards, which led to my kids falling and getting scraped and bruised. One was the pool restroom. The flooring was a slick ceramic tile which was soaking wet. Very difficult to walk across. The other was an uneven area in the parking lot (which has just recently been resurfaced…) These are things that should be monitored and/or fixed to avoid another incident.

great staff close to everything

we had an issue that was taken care of by the great staff here. I would recommend

our blanket on our bed was very dirty and the extra blanket in closet was very water and smelled bad.

I would stay again

The kitchen staff ( Kennedy and Rhonda) was great. Very helpful and keep the eating area clean. The front desk was courteous and helpful also. The area wasn’t bad also.

Great visit!

The staff were super friendly, and the night manager was very kind and found me a hair dryer.

No hair dryer in the room, but quickly solved by staff.

Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean! Great shower! Loved the suite! Overall great!

The bed. It was really hard and uncomfortable. Bedding was fine, just the bed itself. Not much sleep.

It was very pleasurable!

Rhonda, made my stay so nice. Seeing her bright smiling face every morning when I went for coffee. She is an excellent cook. I enjoyed the Wednesday night meet and greet. Christopher at the front desk made me feel very welcomed.

Exceptional

The whole experience and stay was amazing. The staff were all friendly and eager to assist us. The room was absolutely amazing. Breakfasts had something for all ages. Will definitely return.

That the window in the room didn't open therefore no evening fresh air could be allowed in.
