The hotel is very good. It is located in the industrial park of that particular town so it is a bit hidden but with a GPS you can find it. No eateries around so be ready to drive a few minutes for a subway. The hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast. For the high cost of staying there, I feel that a complimentary breakfast is important to encourage repeat patronage. The staff is really cooperative and good.

The staff here wes excellent including the agent who checked me in named Tiffany! Also, the manager on duty at the time of my check-in was so friendly and knowledgeable! Every staff member I encountered during my short stay was so kind, gracious, and helpful. Also, I was very impressed by the housekeeping staff! In the hallways, during cleaning hours, members of the housekeeping team were so friendly and organized! I was very impressed by them! Also, the in house Starbucks counter was such a great ammenity to have access to during my stay! The individual at the drink counter was super friendly and made me a geat hot chocolate! I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was here! I highly recommend that people stay here! There is a remodel/construction going on at this location right now and I'm excited to see what it looks like after the project is completed!

Under construction with no notice. Hard to find entrance. Bed was the most uncomfortable-giant slumps in the mattress. No breakfast provided, no staff showed up. Awful. Really feel like a refund is in order.

Renovations make staying somewhat inconvenient, but that’s no excuse for poor responsiveness to other issues. Disruptive guests, for several hours and after having been reported, continued causing issues for several hours. Front desk staff were unresponsive and discourteous - hung up on me. The room was clean and cleaning staff did well. I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels many dozens of times and have never had cause to leave a review like this. Disappointed.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was clean. Disliked that you had to pay for coffee or breakfast but we knew that when we booked. Would stay again.

During a busy conference, admittedly a Sherlockian one, at the Sheraton Plaza, it was nice to have a relatively quiet spot away to sleep. It was not as close to the conference hotel, the only negative things I really have to say about it, but the Courtyard did not have any problems like those faced by the other attendees at the Sheraton, including rain flooding through their windows. The staff at this hotel, the Courtyard Marriott, could NOT have been nicer or more professional. The hotel was very clean and I liked having a small, comfy couch and small balcony. Indeed, the room was pretty much immaculate. If I am ever back in the St. Louis area, which I hope to be, I would very much consider staying here again.

The hotel and staff were very nice. I booked my room in advance. All was fine with the facility and staff. However, i reserved a King bed and they had sold out and only had 2 queen bed rooms. The staff said the reservation came through as a double bed even though it was clearly booked and reserved differently. They gave us a room with a nice view and balcony. Great customer service. Not sure if this happens regularly with Hotels.com

Even though we reserved a king room, they had sold out by the time we checked in and had to take a double bed room. How do you take a reservation but are unable to keep the reservation?? The property needs some repairs; torn carpet in the hallway, room smelt like it used to be a smoking room, walls are thin because we could here the next room. It was ok but wouldn't be my choice again.

Loved this hotel. It was quite close to the Hollywood Casino, where we were attending a concert. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel and will continue to leave reviews until my voice is heard. We had a very discriminatory event happen here. I believe Charlie the manager is racist and condescending.

Room was a typical hotel room. However, we had booked a king size bed with a double sofa bed & when we checked in, we were told that there was no sofa bed. So we were put in a room with 2 queens. It ended up being fine for my sister, mom, & me. We think the listing should be changed to reflect that there is not a doubke sofa bed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing I would complain is the food was expensive at the restaurant. $9 for fries is a bit much. Especially for the amount you get. I would stay there again and would recommend others.

Dissatisfied as the information about facilities said that it had a bar and restaurant on site. We had had a long drive and all we wanted was a hotel with a restaurant. When we checked in they said that it was no open and not available! If you are short staff then the advertising for your place should specify that restaurant and bar is not available at this time. This is the second time Marriott had done this to us! I’m done! No more Marriotts for us!

Didn't like the assignment of an HC Accesable Room when I made the reservations well over a month in advance - didn't like that ALL ice machines were broken (had to ask person at registration desk for ice) and didn't like the bar and restaurant were closed every evening (if I had known I would have booked elsewhere) now I will not book at Marriott aqain
