Definitely an adequate stay with minor hiccup.

The pullout couch was my sons favorite. He napped on the couch and slept on the pullout. Balcony was also nice.

Under the pullout couch was not clean at all. There was food, a spoon, and fake flower petals all under the bed when we pulled it out. That was gross.

Accommodations were great. The bed was so comfortable!

The breakfast is good.

The restaurant staff didn't seem excited to be there. Perhaps they could be a little happier with their work if they interacted more positively with customers. The women at the hotel desk were extremely nice and helpful.

Certainly not up to the usual Marriott standard

We received an email a few days prior to our arrival advising that some remodeling was taking place in one wing of the hotel. We arrived to find that the swimming pool was not in use (one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel over others). Staff (in sharp contrast to another Marriott that we stayed in later in our trip) were very miserable, lacked knowledge and (with the exception of a manager that we saw on our last day) very unhelpful. Despite paying the "breakfast included" rate there was none available on our first morning (apparently there were no staff to cook or serve this) and the "breakfast" on the remaining days was very poor. Despite the manager giving us a discount following our complaint it now appears that they've charged us twice for a supplementary room that we booked for our son for one night! In fairness the remodeling that was referred to in the email was not intrusive.

A disappointing, gross and tired stay.

The inner courtyard, indoor pool, and room size was nice.

The bistro staff was very rude, the food at the bistro was nearly inedible, the cleanliness was poor. For example there were obvious pubic hairs on my bed and bath, the mini fridge had the previous guests beverages in it, and there were (hopefully) little kid boogers on the wall next to the bed!! My AC kept making this loud rattling noise and I’d have to shake it to make it stop. The outside balcony smelled like ammonia and I’m pretty sure it was from the AC not being maintained properly. The gym was small with no windows or obvious cameras, did not feel comfortable working out.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The TV did not work very well and was outdated. For the price we were charged, one would think that it would be more up to date.

pay attention if room is clean and check your refrigerator for any left over food from previous guests

needs updating, entry doors don’t close securely, carpet had stains in hallway’s

The room was good

That I had to pay for breakfast. I have stayed at hotels all over the US and third world country and my breakfast was always in with my room.and that I paid 30 dollars for two shots of fireball liquor and one truly beer.and for that reason I will not stay at the location again .
