Glad it all worked out but disappointed they still charged me for both rooms

We came in town for a concert and we arrived at our hotel to check in to be told we didn’t have a room because booking.com had overbooked. The owner had made accommodations to have us stay at a sister hotel by the airport instead which was nice and much appreciated since we drove 4.5hrs to stay at this hotel.

It was a little farther from our venue but it was ok Edited- Since leaving this review I have been charged for this room even though we didn’t stay here and when I called to have the charges removed from my account I was told it wasn’t their responsibility. But my email canceling my reservation with no charge states otherwise from booking.com. It’s been a huge headache to get my money back and very disappointing that they would charge me knowing I didn’t even have a room there and they had to book me a room elsewhere.

I would gladly stay there again.

The staff was very helpful. Lisa checked us in and called the room to see if everything was OK. We asked for another pillow and she brought it too us when I would gladly have gone and got it. The person who checked us out was also very friendly.

The room was clean, and the hotel smelled good.

Where can I start the receptionist took no more than 25 minutes to answer, then she was quite rude I really don't remember her name a medium sized white woman was very rude to us then she asked me for almost all the information of my life what she failed to ask me what was my blood type then they gave me a room that was on the ground floor right in front of an area that they themselves were remodeling the woman was a bit racist it really makes me very sad that they don't understand that there is no place for racism in this country it's too sad and the breakfast was so disappointing i had to stay in that emergency hotel and i couldn't be more sorry i think it was the worst decision i ever made i will go to that horrible hotel again, I take photos in front the bedroom... Disgusting

Pleasant

It was close to where we were going for the weekend!

Our check in lady (blond did not get her name) was amazing, the guy working at night was rude. Where was the ice machine??? never could find one. Room had a very strange oder.. like musty? beds were hard as a rock and needed more blankets.

Staff was perfectly helpful and friendly

Internet went down for an entire day. Response to my complaint was that it was due to weather conditions! Fridge in the room was too old and extremely noisy. Corridors were stinking. Generally it could be cleaner!

had to move to a different run down hotel because of over booking and the other place had bad service and I ended up wit

I like the property but wasent able to stay there it was over booked by booking. com and had to go to another extended stay which was run down and I didn’t get the room I paid for. I paid for a king size bed ad got a full size bed instead plus the service was awful the clearly refused to sign me in because it was past midnight even though I had a reservation with a confirmation number. the clerk said I woukd have to rebook and pay an extra fee for a room finally after 30 minof throwing a fit and calling the other extended stay and complaining the clerk he decided to book me in anyways so I waited on a room for way over an hour it was horrible service

would definitely stay here again when I come back up for more cardinals baseball

I didn’t meet a single staff member that wasn’t happy to be there. I felt very welcomed.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the location of the room. it was right by the workout room so we were woken up by people exercising.

Good for the price!

It was good for a one night stay! Probably wouldn’t stay a whole weekend but for $100 we got exactly what we were expecting. Honestly it was much cleaner than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at!

They should consider smart tvs though so guests could watch Netflix & other streaming services.

Short visit for work, easy choice and will return

Location

The rooms were smelling of cigarettes and the carpet needs cleaning. The instructions are not very clear. We arrived late Friday night and I waited over 30 minutes before someone showed up. The same thing happened when we were checking out. If you aren't a smoker you will definitely know if a room smells of cigarette.

Best stay I Never had

Pipe burst and flooded hotel. fire department and police were on the scene. staff was diligently working to get everyone situated elsewhere. chaotic situation but staff handled it well.

Budget hotel not far from the airport

Handy location to the airport. Close to some restaurants. Good value for an overnight stay. Easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Rooms are a little bit dated and very basic but clean. Pretty much what you would expect for the price. Great for the airport but a little far from downtown.

I was expecting kitchen ware, ie, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, etc because it was a kitchenette. Wanted to cook without having to go buy all that stuff, (although we didn't purchase these items so that we could cook). No closed closet, the area was open. This answer should go down in the next box

Paid for King size bed, it was not. Very stinky, strange smell in room. Bed was hard, not comfortable.

Highly recommended

Very spacious room with great set up. It was spotless clean. Had all the amneties one would need. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Brie (hopefully I rembered her name correctly) who was very warm and accomodating. Highly reccomend booking this hotel especially considering the price.

Rooms are not very quite and you can hear some of the noises guests make in the corridors.

would not return . the whole experience was not what is explained .

the room was a good size and was for the most part clean

I paid for a room with two queen beds and got a room with two double beds. when j called to Inform them that I needed tk changed to my correct room because I had 4 grown women sleeping in these beds I was told that they ran out of queen bed ( I signed up for this room over two weeks before my trip ) and that it really was only a 1 inch difference. also, the breakfast was literally 2 prepackaged muffins, some packaged oatmeals or granola bars. I’ve literally never seen such a sad breakfast at a hotel. it should not be included in the description. our room door only shut completely when it was slammed which made us feel very unsafe. all around we were very disappointed and I would not stay here again.

ok place to stay for a day or two. close to the Airport and Friendly staff.

I loved the location of the place, close to a gas station, stores and all that. Also the front staff was so welcoming and nice made our stay even better.

The room door was hanging a bit so it wouldn't close good, we'd have to lift it a little to make sure it was closed before leaving and going to bed. A little aged. Also my mother used the iron that was in the room and after pressing the button for fabric softener it sprayed out black liquid which caused her blouse to get messed up ;/
