The room was spacious and clean. Liked the sofa bed.
Arrived with friends who booked through a third-party booking site as well. The receptionist expressed difficulty locating both my reservation and my travel party's reservation. Stated it was an issue with third-party sites.
The travel party has noted in the reservation that we requested side-by-side or adjoining rooms. I called the hotel directly and asked them to add the same details to my reservation as well. I had their reservation number and last name. I was told it would not be an issue, and they would note the request. This accommodation was not met. The rooms were on the same floor but on opposite ends of the hall.
We were offered complimentary breakfast vouchers for both rooms (4 ppl), but when we tried to claim them, we were told they did not apply to on-site Starbucks items. We were not directed to what it applied to, and there did not seem to be another breakfast area set up.

I liked that they had water and cookies when you checked-in. I liked that they had a bar and some finger foods for purchase. I liked that it was close to restaurants and close to an interstate.
I did not like that I had to wait to check-in and there were hardly any people. I did not like that I had to look for staff to assist me. Also, that no one looked at my reservation to see that I did not want to be near the elevator or ice machine and I ended up right next to the elevator and across from the ice machine. I did not like that I had a drink and some of the salt spelled on the counter and when I came back a few hours later to order food it still had not been wiped up. I did not like that there were to many pets at the property. I did not like the smell of moldy carpet in the hallways. A good shampoo would probably eliminate that issue. I did not like that their were dogs on every floor. Normally, I do not stay at a pet friendly hotel but I must have overlooked that item when I booked. I wished that my hotel room carpet had been shampooed.
