Easy access to I-40. Spotless room. Nice selection of breakfast foods.
We arrived during a torrential rainstorm and the hotel did not have a covered portico so we were soaked while unloading our luggage. The hotel advertised itself as pet friendly but we were not aware of an additional fee for a pet until we arrived.

Not that much - I wouldn’t stay here again
The main entrance smells like cat pee. Rugs are worn and dirty. The entry way is dirty day of arrival to day of departure. The couch is worn out - no support on seats. Bed needs a new mattress - no support. The floors behind the nightstand was filthy.
