Below par expectation and not worth the money

Nothing about the room but The lobby was maintained well. We checked in after 11 pm and got our keys within 5 min.

The room was dirty, mattress had dirt in them, water wasn't draining fast in tub, carpets were smelling of cannabis, no electrical outlets near the bed to charge the phone overnight

after I left when I get back home, I found a bug in my hair

The only thing I liked about it is the price, but the price was not after all the greatest thing, comparing to what I found out after I left

nothing to be liked inside the room. You can feel that everything is not clean the way it should be. Bathrooms are rusty. You can even taste the rest while you’re showering.

to start I had to wait for 20-30 mins just to get the key, stuff was rude place looks dirty I booked a double room double bed, I didn’t have music or anything so loud we were just talking n they complain about loud noises manager come n I said do hear any music anything n he was rude so I close the door n he kicked the door u need to go to bed like a little kid at 10 or u will have to leave the premises over all I had stay in so many diff places and this is the 1st time I had the worse experience in a stay. I will never ever come back or recommend.

The location was great. Our room gives a great view of jets from the aviation centre which is right next to it. Beds were comfortable. Ac was working good. Carpets were clean.

Wifi had zero signals in room. Upon asking we were given the answer that it's not working because too many people uses it in the hotel...wellll get a better package then. Your internet connection is probably too cheap to serve the entire property. Washroom's sink was filling up. There was drainage issue. Toilet seat was apparently clean but has a brown stain which looked gross. There was no laundry facility. They said it was flooded and is out of order. We were staying with kids and badly needed to use the laundry.

Horrible would not stay here again

I liked the idea of them having a gym, bowling alley, a restaurant, and ice machines IF ONLY THEY WERE OPEN

Every activity in the hotel was closed for whatever reason, one of the staff members behaved rudely and lied to us, the rooms were filthy, the whole hotel smelled like marijuana or cigarettes including our room, the whole hotel did not have good ventilation.

The condition of the room was outdated in general. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke with a bad wifi connection and was very noisy. The room door was very hard to open.

Very easy to find! Close to the expressway and nearby lots of restaurants and grocery stores!

We where there before and is good

We have to cancel last Sunday due to emergency at home when I try to call they say is ok no problem they cancel over the phone This charge was unfair bcs was emergency i Explain they agree to 😞 cancel. Now no Noby can help me. Wha a customer service? I call the hotel and Booking no help.

Not pleased

The king bed was comfy.

I didn't get the room that I reserved (299 sq ft). The room was smaller The chairs were stained, the tub and showerhead were rusted.

Cheap hotel - you get what you pay for

Location is convenient and the hotel food (Tap House Bar & Grill) was good.

The room needed to be vacuumed at least and the bathroom tile was not clean (Room 118). There is mold growing in the tile grout. I think there is a homeless placement in the room next door - the tenant was up making noise all night. At 2am the police were banging on his door to conduct a "wellness check" and the noisy conversation lasted for a half hour. It appeared that most of the hotel was vacant so there was no need to place me next to that. I was traveling for work and all I expected was to be able to get some sleep.
