They were very nice, offered more than they had to. Room and bed was clean. Alit better all around than a year ago. I'm glad I gave them another chance.
The animals. They need to be more strict on the care and waste of there pets. Maybe a large deposit, an they get back if they clean up after them.

Nothing, staff was ok. Towels were fresh and clean, bed was clean. No bugs. They did let me have the delux for the price of the regular room because the regular room wasn't very clean and up to par, it was clean but just very worn out as if it really needs a update and remodel.
I had to pay for my second dog, and there was no ice machine. I was told that I had to get ice from the gas station, the first room that I was in was not the greatest, it was very worn, and kind of dirty. So they let me get the delux for the same price. It wasn't much better.
