Location
Jacuzzi’s jets didn’t work in room and there was nothing done about it or offer to accommodate

It was a very sufficient hotel for our overnight stay and the location was perfect.
We had to clean out the A/C filter, it was filthy. Coffee machine in room did not work.

Everything we stay here every-time we are n Utica. We have stayed here at least four times
They charged us an early check in fee. It was roughly 1:00pm. Since the room was already ready I don’t think it was right to charge us $25

Location, cost
Shower was for handicap person. Water went all over floor in bathroom with clogged drain.
