A nice peaceful place to stay for a work nice workout room and pool. Only reason for the 4 out of 5 is the sheets on the bed when I first arrived were very clean.

Everything was great. Clean. Friendly staff. Jason is the owner I believe he was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was ok. I wish hotels work on more meat options for those who don't eat pork and was definitely missing those cheese omelettes that most hotels serve, but for the most part good. Overall great stay.

Fromt desk agent was so sweet. She was helpful and very friendly. But I booked this hotel because of the pictures and description that shows a hot tub. So we were disappointed to not find one. Also the breakfast was mediocre. Ran out of things too quick. Like no syrup for the waffles.

The front desk staff was terrific. She was super nice. However the bed sheets had rips in the fitted sheet. May have been washed beyond repair and that was disappointing.

The front desk young lady was so nice when I checked in. There was a really cute note on my bed, thank you so much! I ran out to a nearby restaurant and came back to start my night of relaxation away from home & my children.

I am very happy that I made the choice to stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. My room with a single king size bed was large had a chair to sit in, had a desk, microwave, refrigerator, dresser, closet, and an area for the coffee maker with additional shelving. Although my window faced the expressway, you could hear some road noise, but it was not terrible. The window has room darkening curtains, so no light came into my room after the curtains were closed. The hot breakfast in the morning had options of scrambled eggs and sausage, as well as the standard cereal and waffles, that you find it many Hotels. It was nice to have the eggs and sausage as gluten-free options.

This is my go to hotel when I stay in the Utica area to visit friends and go shopping. I haven’t been here for a couple of years and find that the hotel needs some house keeping/maintenance. Halls need to be vacuumed and garbage such as pizza boxes need to be picked up outside room doors. The inside of the elevator could use some windex. Some touch up with paint would be welcomed.

Desk staff was very nice and accommodating but breakfast was really bad, and we had no room service for the three days we were there. We asked the desk attendant about it and he said he would 'try' to get our room cleaned. We tipped the maid when we left for the day, and she was cleaning the room next to ours. Ours was next, but never got cleaned. Not going to use La Quinta again.

I booked online and unfortunately when we checked in, the pool is indefinitely closed for maintenance. We usually choose a room with double queen size beds but figured our daughter would like her own bed so we picked the king deluxe room with the sleeper couch. The regular bed was about as comfortable as the pull out bed. The past two years that we have stayed had much better quality mattresses. It was a quiet stay - wish the pool was open.

The check in person was very nice. Quick and efficient. She also gave me a complimentary drink from the market when I checked in, very nice of her. I stay here a decent amount for work, and she’s the nicest employee I’ve dealt with yet.

Close to shopping and the breakfast was a nice hot breakfast with great options. Our room had mini fridge microwave and stocked coffee maker.

Very good customer service. When we arrived right at about check in time rooms we're still being cleaned the women on staff were apologetic we couldn't check right in but we were very patient and understanding and we treated amazing for our understanding. I really wish we had gotten the front desk lady and the cleaning crew ladies name as they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Everything about our stay was great except the coffee.

I hated how it said smoking free and I was in the middle of smoke all day every second of it. I had asthma exacerbation because of that. Didn’t enjoy my stay at all. Wouldn’t come back

Apartment was pretty nice and affordable m. There were a few things that were not really clean. The AC Unit had crumbs/food stuck inside.

called ahead to inquire about pool and hot tub being open and was told they would be open. on arrival was told pool has been closed for two years and hotel was aware that wrong information was being relayed. our room was not properly cleaned. found stickers from new clothes in bathroom behind door. only had one wash cloth and tub area looked dinghy. breakfast area was very limited. was not impressed and will not stay again any time soon

Booked this hotel 6 months ago. On arrival the guy at the front desk said the maid didn’t show up so all the rooms were dirty. We said we didn’t care had a long drive just wanted to go to bed He refused to give us any room. I asked him to show us a dirty room and still refused. He had refused a lot of clients that night. So I got thinking why would u lose thousands of dollars and piss clients off. So in around about way I learned they overbooked so they overbooked the hotel and screwed the clients who booked way ahead of time. No email, no phone call, just refused us. Asked for management but they didn’t response. It was thanksgiving day. Now they have lost two families in future sales. will along with the other people they denied. Never book at the Quinta again. What kind of management leave people stranded? Terrible terrible

Room appeared clean except looked as if dusted with a dry cloth. Kinda scattered. Bfast in morning was excellent. Would definitely stay there again

Arrived Friday and left Sunday. No one came in and emptied garbage cans or gave us toilet paper. We had to go down to front desk amd get it ourselves. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10.

I had a good stay but two things: 1) There should be a grab bar in your tub/showers. Even slightly disabled people need them (like me) for balance. Then 2) When I checked out at the desk the person taking care of getting me a receipt told me the printer wouldn’t allow him to print a receipt so he told me he could send me an email of my receipt. He took the email address (repeated it to make sure it was correct) then gave me a thumbs up that it had been sent. As of 8 hours later I have not received a copy of my receipt.
