Staff were exceptional, really went out of their way to help. Location was amazing, close to San Pedro Square. Room was quiet but be aware weekends late night can get a little noisy on the main street, but that's not the hotel's fault
will be better when the restaurant opens onsite, they were closed for renovations. be aware parking is an issue

I liked that they waived the early check in fee and the hotel was so close to the venue.

The room the sun screen was broken, was not there. The TV channels not all was programmed.

The location was the best part of the hotel. Being in downtown made it very convenient and it was close to the SAP Center and many of San Jose’s main attractions. It was easy to get around from the hotel.
The cleanliness and condition of the room could definitely be improved. The room felt outdated, and the carpet looked worn and not very well maintained. Housekeeping would make the bed and replenish the amenities, but I didn’t feel that the bathroom, floors, or carpet were thoroughly cleaned during my stay.
