It was spacious but needed better cleaniness and not worth the price of the villa.

The room was spacious and front desk staff at the main hotel were pleasant. I liked the full sized fridge and microwave available.

I should have heeded the previous reviews about the Villas. I do not recommend them at their price. Our room was quite musty smelling. There were still bits of mold on the edge of the bathtub and the water took quite a while to warm up. The fireplace did not work. It was spacious, yes, but the bed was also a bit too soft to the point where you could feel the springs. And some fo the bedding was a bit dusty. The ventilation in our Villa, 451, was not great. Again, I think if the room were cleaned properly, aired out, and the fireplace fixed, you'd be in great shape. As of right now, I do not recommend the villa at its given price. My partner and I were just fortunate to only be there for one night.

Reasonable place to stay a few nights, but that’s about it

Large room and bathroom, pretty clean, large bed

Mediocre breakfast for a 4* hotel, noisy AC and no option to open windows, low pressure in the shower, staff that is doing their job, but not really there for you. It is just overall not a 4* level, at least according to Swiss standards

Location is good, big rooms with 2 queen beds, kitchenet.

Late evening front dest person was not very friendly at all. Our AC was not working and after a long time this person finally agrees to switch room. The new room was very dirty, staff does not vacuum or clean the floors.

The bed. Cleanliness. Spacious.

We booked a room for the villa suite and when we got there for check in we were told that all those were booked and booking.com was responsible for booking the room wrong on the hotels end. We were put in a regular room thankfully the bed was comfortable but we were very upset we had brought food to cook in the kitchen and our room did not even have a fridge the cabinet was locked. I called the front desk when we got to our room to ask to switch the young man that helped us stated he would try to have someone clean a villa for me but no guarantee he would call me back to let know the status. He never called me back .Horrible service from him in particular. Was very disappointed. Then upon checking out a woman at front desk confirmed that booking did in fact book us for a villa . This young man lied when he could have just been honest from the beginning. Hoping management can accommodate this and make it right. Thank you

The room was super clean and spacious. Loved the breakfast. Staff at the desk and breakfast room were very friendly. Thank you!

I don't dislike it, but a painting or some photos on the walls could help to warm up the room.

Safety Concerns

Great staff and location. Easy check-in, nice happy hour and good breakfast.

Guests fighting in the hallway, barking dogs left alone in the room across from us. When we went to breakfast (we're on the 3rd floor), the elevator is taped off and broken. I understand that elevators break, but the signage for where to find the stairwell was not correct and if there would of been a fire by the stairs or room neat them we would not of been able to get to the stairwell. I do have a video if management would like to see it.

Sunnyvale gem that is luxurious, but also affordable!

massive rooms! huge luxury bathrooms w robe and soaking tub separate. beds are soft and comfortable. cute boutique like pool and hot tub. happy hour 5-6 with appetizers and drinks free! nice spread too. Hot breakfast with my favorite, a waffle maker! also a self serve coffee bar available 24/7

really nothing negative to say. sometimes the elevator took a few minutes because there’s only one.

great family stay with breakfast.

Breakfast was a great value. Room was large and worked well for our family.

More info at breakfast would have been helpful. we didn’t find out until part way through there were omelets, etc to order.
