Dissapointed but the rooms are great

Great room, great robes!

In the Spa was way too much chlorine. My bathing suit and my ring got destroyed and we were itchy. We told the receptionist about it and he did nothing about it. Then we wanted to sleep in but the leaf blazers started at 8am and not stopped until 9.30 am. The bartender was really unprofessional and was wondering why we booked in this hotel “because there are a lot of nicer hotels nearby” As we wanted to chill for the last two days of our roadtrip and we couldnt swim anymore, we wanted to leave. The hotel manager took the responsibility and took care of everything. Very happy with that! Thank you. But we would not recommend it as a stay for a couple.

But the hotel was amazing

It was wonderful place to stay

The staff didn’t know what he was doing and gave us a key to somebody else’s room!!!!! So I walked in a a father and son!!!!!! I was traumatized!!!!! Never has this happened before and the manager blamed it on booking .com. So he didn’t take any kind of responsibility on me walking in on a family!!!!!! We didn’t get any kind of apology. They just blamed it on the company. Like booking .com gave us the same rooms!!!!! I was sooooooooo embarrassed and nauseous !!!!!

Nice place for the money, but right on the Hwy

The property is nice and new. The pool area is a definite plus! The rooms are spacious. They are divided into a living room/office and a bedroom with the sink area as the hallway to the bedroom and the toilet/shower behind 2 closed doors. Bed was comfortable, the room flowed well. There were blackout shades and large screen tv’s in both the living room and bedroom. We asked to see what the hotel would charge if we booked through them and not through booking.com and were told $280. The booking mobile app for us the room for $148. Love it!

The sound of the 101 was ridiculously loud. Maybe that’s why our room was half price? The blackout shade in the bedroom let in large cracks of light. The pillows were huge, like 2 pillows stuffed into one with no other pillow options. We’ve stayed at many Hyatt’s and never experienced pillows like this before. Parking was $20 a night

it looked nice and clean and looked safe.

no free food or no free snacks and some curtains did not work well and rooms stink. looks a bit old and need more better maintenance.

We really enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, especially for a hotel bed. Thank you!! Staff was very helpful, especially with our late, last minute check in! The library in the lobby is beautiful!

Would like the option to not have house keeping come in, but we appreciate, and understand, the reasoning for checking the room every 24 hours.

Very lovely hotel. Great if you’re looking for onsite restaurant and bar

Friendly, helpful staff. Bar and breakfast was good. Pool area was very nice. Lobby and restaurant area was pretty. Elevator was very fast

Room overlooked a major highway. Didn’t bother me till I was in bed already. A bit noisy. Extra charge for parking but I forgot that is pretty standard for most hotels.

SCAM, even its Hyatt.. We booked online from booking, and upon checkin they said cannot locate our confirmation number or our names. We tried to contact booking twice and called the property, but still it’s not resolved, saying they are fully booked and cannot find our confirmation number. (front desk had a really bad attitude, I don’t want to be over-sensitive but maybe we are Asians and English is not so well??) Then we have to go out find another hotel to stay, and what’s even worst - the hotel decide to charge us fully for two rooms?? (you said cannot find our rooms I think if Hyatt and booking cannot figure the proper way to handle reservations, maybe consider just not use the third party app to boost your visibility? why leave all the pain to your customers?
