Over all a good hotel but having small imperfections here and there

Good value, if you able to get it under 100/pre night. Quiet room for most of the time. Big shower room. Staff always at the front desk to help.

Can't turn the TV off, so I have to go behind the TV to unplug it. The window did do a good job to isolate the noise. I was forced to listen to those noisy kids having fun in the pool until late night.

Doskonały hotel na krótki pobyt. Czysto i bezpiecznie.

Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny i bezpieczny parking, pokoje czyste i przestronne, łóżko wygodne, łazienka czysta.

Personel na recepcji był wyraźnie znudzony i czuć było od niego alkohol. Mimo naszej obecności tam zasugerował zrobienie rezerwacji przez booking a nie na miejscu.

It was adequate, but with a little effort it could have been excellent.

Location, safety, comfort, and cost are my discriminators and in that order.

Backup batteries in the smoke detector were losing their charge and the smoke detector flashed all night. The shower door seal was missing and it leaked. Half of the two-part coffee table was missing.

Convenient and comfortable

People were friendly, safe parking lot, quiet and convenient to a lot of food/stores, comfortable beds

Body wash and conditioner were empty in the shower and there was something sticky on the bathroom countertop by the faucet.

Our room wasn’t confirmed on time and we had to come back until booking.com has processed the paymen

The room was supposed to come with breakfast, but they said booking.com says that and isn’t true. They refused to honor the free breakfast included in our room.

I will not stay at this hotel again.

Besides the beds, being very uncomfortable to sleep in and the bed linen being of poor quality and extremely thin, I was horrified to know that on the day that I had a very important business meeting that I would wake up to absolutely no water in the hotel!! I’m still waiting for my room to be comped as an inconvenience.

Cheap mattress and cheap bed linens.

Staff failed to mention that the water was shut off from the time I arrived until 5:00am the following morning. This is

Quiet, clean, close-by to my family I was visiting.

I checked in late on Friday, June 30th, between 10-11:00 pm. I called around 9:00 pm to verify that this would not be a problem, and they assured me the staff would be on hand to check me in. When I arrived the staff was in fact available, and very friendly. I received my room key, and headed to my room. The room appeared to be very pleasant, and things seemed to be going well. Filled my ice bucket and tried to pour a glass of water from the bathroom sink. NO WATER! Same with the shower. NO WATER!Turns out, the staff had placed a “memo” on the a countertop, not highly visible, mentioning that the water would be turned off for maintenance between the hours of 11:00 pm Friday evening, until 5:00 am Saturday morning. My question is, why in the world wouldn’t the staff mention this to me when I was checking in?? Why not tape the memo to the front door of my room so I can see it when I’m entering the room? That would have been the appropriate, courteous thing to do! I had been driving all day, and had planned to shower before going to bed too, but this was impossible! I mentioned this entire situation to the staff upon checkout and they said “why didn’t you tell us, we would have given you another room”. Really? How would that fixed the NO WATER issue? The failure of the staff to mention the water situation is inexcusable! I had to go down to the front desk to find out what was going on, and to purchase water for $20.00! This entire experience was ridiculous and unnecessary. I am beyond disappointed in the staff at this Marriott location. Needless to say, I won’t be back. S. Leimer Room #227 Friday June 30th.

Would not stay a second time

Location

Pool was dirty, the decor was outdated, the toilet ran constantly and they claimed the maid did not clean the room due to social distancing. The staff claimed that occupants needed to request services. I did not understand

the room was large with a large shower

nothing worked. the refrigerator in the room did not work. no microwave in room and the ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work.

the beds are rock hard, the room is set up so that the AC blows on your face and above the bed is a flashing neon green light from the smoke detector!? the bed should be along a wall to the side

Will choose the property again for sure.

Good location, nice big rooms with a kitchen, a washer & dryer which are very important when you are on the road for 2 weeks at a stretch.

Disappointing

The location

I asked to have bulbs put in bathroom so I could see every day and it never happened. There was never ice in the ice machines. The coffee bar was closed when I needed it most of the time. Staff at the front desk was not helpful and were borderline rude. I would not stay there again.
