Cleanliness and location. Very nice hotel.
Our AC wasnt working properly. They “fixed” quickly but our room never cooled down to our cold that we like.

Location
Turn about for pick up & drop off and check in desk not clearly marked upon entering.

The staff were friendly.
1) Most of the days the coffee was not replenished.
2) There was a convention in the city which meant some very interesting people were staying....which is fine. But, they took over the hotel, were very loud, did not get told to have manners and respect others and were being loud near the lifts every night.
3) Food options in the hotel were very average.
4) The gym was good, but could be improved.
