Housekeeping opened my door twice in the morning after only knocking once very rude. They should be notified when people check out so that doesn’t happen

3 Night Stay in Double Queen

I liked the large tv and selection of stations. Hotel was kept clean. The hot breakfast entree was scrambled eggs and sausage 2 of 3 mornings. Breakfast area was well stocked with a nice variety of foods, including fresh fruit. Waffle makers were available. Breakfast ended later (10:30 a.m. on weekend mornings, which was nice.

One day the breakfast entree was bean & sausage burritos and potatoes. I didn't care for either. The heat in our room wasn't constant, but needed adjustment frequently.

Three Night Stay in Double Queen Room

The staff members were wonderful! The front desk staff brought extra blankets and towels to my room. Breakfast had a variety of foods, both hot and cold. The server kept most items refilled, (except for the foods that they ran out of). Hand sanitizer was available near the dining area. TV had may great stations options to chose from. I noticed a walking trail nearby, but didn't actually try it out.

One night I could hear people jumping around on the floor in the room above mine and slamming the exit door near my room until about midnight. This noise kept me awake. The next morning I was looking forward to breakfast with sausage and eggs, but they ran out of sausage before breakfast was over. I stayed 2 more nights, but they still didn't have sausage. The next day, they ran out of milk about 45 min. before the end of the breakfast time. My bed creaked when I moved or rolled over. The mattress was funky with little plushness to it. The bathroom had several long black hairs on the floor and also muddy footprints. It was obvious the floor hasn't been cleaned well or maybe not at all.

They take a $25/day deposit,even on a credit card transaction,then you have to wait 3-5 business days to get it back.none of their paperwork shows the deposit at all,in my case ,they took $50

Good place to stay in the Madison area

For us it was a convenient location to visit friends in Madison, hotel met our expectations. Some bars around the corner.

Unstable Wifi, breakfast hard to swallow for Europeans, fresh fruits were rationed.

Fine place to get a relaxing weekend

Quiet safe location with a pleasant a very roomy suite. The pool area was great for relaxing with kids. The breakfasts were nicely varied and changed a bit from one day to the next.

Looks like the bathroom floor tiles and tub caulking could do with a refresh, though nothing was damaged, and all the appliances worked fine.

Love this hotel, good location and can’t wait to stay again.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Large comfortable rooms and beds. Friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Would have enjoyed fruit available for breakfast Did not receive my receipt by email however.

Superb

Location and pool there..breakfast was nice especially when added bacon on Sunday..wish they had it weekdays too..the juice dispenser was awesome especially the cranberry. Parking was easy and one can walk almost anywhere from this location if desired

The mini fridge was noisy..sounded like a flock of pigeons were in the room..elevator was scary ..operation wasn't smooth. Needs updating on the elevator.

Convenient close to location. Front office staff at time of check in was very friendly and helpful.

Dirty bathroom, front desk staff never made eye contact or any greeting. Felt like I was bothering him.

Good location.

Room was spacious. I was upgraded after entering the room I was first assigned was occupied. Have to admit I was startled and concerned. Staff returned with me to the room to confirm. I never had that happen before but the staff handled it well and found another room for me. Rest of the stay was uneventful and the breakfast was good as well. I definitely would stay there again.

Decent place with questionable staff.

As described. With pool and Jacuzzi. Clean.

The desk lamp was not working and not fixed for the whole two nights while we were staying. The female front desk staff was not very professional and kind of rude when I inquired for the broken lamp and extra towels. Other than that I don’t have much complaint.

Large and clean room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful and nice.

The pool room was FREEZING! The pool was cold. The hot top was ok but the use of so much chlorine made our eyes burn. The king size bed was lumpy and not comfortable. Could have used better pillows.
