It is a small hotel, only 4 floors, but it is in a perfect location. We were able to do everything from there and walk to most places. It is right by the Pier, museums, and food. The breakfast was decent and the staff was super helpful and kind. The rooms were recently renovated and nice and clean. We had a room with the balcony and extra space. Definitely with the additional price.
Because of the location, you had to valet for an additional charge, but the service was great and we had our car several times whenever we needed it. My kids did not like that the pool was shallow and on the small side, but they were still able to enjoy it.

The room was very efficient and clean, staff was prompt friendly and very helpful. Valet was exceptionally polite friendly and helpful!!
The pillows were not very comfortable!! That was about the only thing, and when I checked in I asked for a balcony room and didn’t get one!
Better directions as to parking and making it know. About fees for parking and valet!
