Our room was comfortable and quiet. It was clean, but needed detailed cleaning (e.g. the tile grout needs to be cleaned)

The staff were AMAZING! Andrew was amazingly friendly, accommodating and just an absolute joy of a human. Joseph in the restaurant makes a mean skinny macchiato and is just so caring and kind. The white tea smell and cleanliness is just so inviting. The small details like a cool towel after a workout and the amazing white tea body wash are wonderful. The bedding and pillows and blackout curtains helped deep sleep. I'll not only stay again bit will recommend to anyone who will listen!

Big spacious bathroom, clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Loved the duvet comforters!

Something happened with the AC unit during a storm, which left our room very humid, Even after the problem was fixed, the sheets/bed linens stayed feeling moist.

Uncomfortable room environment that made everything in the room feel damp, from the bedding all the way down to the toilet paper. The breakfast and dinner room service was delivered to my room in to go boxes versus being served with plates and silverware. The refrigerator didn't work and was leaking water.
