Good room, much cheaper than in Moab.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Convenient location.

Bathroom needs some work. No breakfast. TV setup couldn't be used to watch baseball playoff.

Great location but horrid service. This motel should not even be listed by booking.com.

The location relative to the Needles section of Canyonlands Nat Park was great.

The service was disgraceful. We stayed there for four night and they never cleaned our room. The trash cans were never emptied. The bed was never made or changed. The toilet and shower were never cleaned. Every evening we had to ask for fresh towels. The manager at the desk kept giving us evasive answers as to why the room was never cleaned.

Pleasant stay and would stay again if we’re in the area.

The room was spacious and very clean. We had reserved a queen room. We are traveling in our motor home and the room given to us, a double queen, was more convenient to where we parked the MH.

I only picked for a pit stop. To catch some sleep before I headed out for my destination.

The shower/tub looked very worn and needed repair on the tile.

Friendly staff, but did not meet expectations.

Price was okay and staff were friendly, some toiletries were provided.

One of the lamps didn't work and the wall socket connected to it didn't have a plate, which is a hazard. I only stayed one night, so this wasn't brought up, but I feel the property cuts corners. The sink did not have a flow regulator on it, so water sprayed everywhere, making it difficult to brush teeth.

the gave me a room where the beds weren’t made. it appeared somebody slept in them. they rectified the situation and switched rooms on me.

Disappointing and not worth the money.

The wifi worked.

There was no hot water ie freezing cold. The heating / cooling unit is very noisy. The beds are uncomfortably hard. When I asked about the lack of hot water in the morning, I was told the breaker must be flipped. The front desk was not apologetic at all and told me they could not provide any rate reduction.

Comfortable and clean room and not overpriced!

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Wifi was good. All amenities worked. Location was good for us as we were exploring The Needles at Canyonlands.

Our room was located close to a major highway (lots of Transport Trucks) so highway noise throughout the evening and early morning. We didn't realize the hotel had more rooms in the area behind our room location. Would have asked for one of those rooms had we known.

Very good

The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, there was heating and air conditioning, and the microwave and fridge were great! Everything looked nice and high quality.

There was no free HBO as advertised outside our inn, and the TV in the room didn't have plugs to put in a laptop to attach to it so we couldn't watch anything on the TV other than what was on TV.

This motel is a much better value and in a quieter location than hotels in Moab and worth the drive.

Extremely clean. For an older property, it had many nice touches.

The window AC unit was a little noisy

Clean and comfortable.

The man that checked us in wasn't very friendly. He didn't allow us to split the bill. No breakfast available.

Excellent spot to stop and rest

Staff were accommodating, beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Also had no issues with the wifi.

Some noise from the road but didn’t stop us sleeping.

About as expected. Clean, no hassles.

I felt that for the season, the price was probably $10-20 more than I expected for a non-brand-name motel.

Room was not clean leftover from last customer coffee pod not the right amount of towels front desk was not friendly and didnt tell us where ice was or anything
