I called to make our reservation using a phone number supposedly identifying your establishment, but instead the call was handled by booking.com, which it never indentified it self as. They charged us for two separate reservations, although they only sent us one reservation confirmation. When I call a number that was listed as your hotel, I expect to get your front desk, not some coniving booking outfit. I am out $123.66 to stay in one room for one night at your facility. I have full paper documentation of this event and will be using such to show anyone asking about staying in Sandusky why they shouldn't stay at your hotel. Thanks a lot!

The bathroom was mostly clean but had hair in tub and on floor,breakfast not good
