Noisy!!

I like the suite we stayed in, we have 5 people and need the space. The location was good for the reason we stayed (OAC Football Tournament).

The feral children running and screaming up and down the halls and stairwell, also messing with the elevator made it a long noisy evening. The breakfast was nothing like it was advertised, no pancakes or waffles. The pool is more of a large hot tub that kids used as a pool, never any towels. It was also weird the pool was in the basement of the building and the smell of chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes. The beds were a lot smaller than your standard queen or double. The constant smell of marijuana about made me sick. The WiFi was good.

Football tournament weekend

Nice size room. It had all the necessities and was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Full hotel, but plenty of hot water (a pet peeve of mine). The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful despite being a full house with three tournament youth football teams. I felt the price was just a bit high, but every hotel around was booked solid and they weren't discounting rates. Breakfast was good and had many options. The staff did a great job of keeping things stocked and the area clean.

The chlorine smell from the pool was quite strong, and you could smell it throughout. We were on the 3rd floor, the pool was on the lower level, and we could smell it on our floor.

Everything. Beds were clean and comfortable.. Breakfast was great. Only thing the pool was warm . I loved the warm but my kids preferred a regular pool..

Excellent in every way

Facility was very clean and everything was well maintained. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional.

The price was perhaps a little high but I doubt any of the higher prices hotels in the area could have matched the quality.

I would stay again

It was nicer than the hotels I’ve been in. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly

Good stay but a bit pricey.

Clean and comfortable room and beds.

Temperature in the room was was not easy to adjust. Price was relatively high for the amenities in the hotel.

It was decent

I liked that the hotel room had 4 beds. I liked the location. Some of the staff were very nice.

We did not like their breakfast. There was 1 rude employee. I would have hoped that the room with 4 beds would have had 2 bathrooms but it didn't. There were not enough parking spaces.

Very good

Room was very quiet, clean, staff very friendly . Location perfect.

I didn't like the dark colors on outside of building. Carpet inside needs updated. Breakfast was just ok. Rooms little pricey .

It's doable it you must.

I would not stay here again. Their isn't many options of nice places in sandusky so it's doable if you can't find another hotel but I did not like the motel feel.

It was motelish, it didn't smell very good, elevator floor was dirty. It just felt icky.

It was ok should not be as expensive and breakfast machines should have back up.

The bed was nice and comfy. The staff was nice. The location was perfect. Was easy to find and close to where we wanted to hang out by. Not sure what else you want me to put.

The breakfast. You pay a lot of money for the hotel and the breakfast is included. Two things were broke. One being what I would consider the best part the pancake machine.

I reserved three rooms for 11 people all rooms clean, comfortable and awesome. The breakfast was amazing the best continental type breakfast no complaints

The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. I stay in Sandusky twice a year so I was hoping to try and find a new hotel to stay and it was great.

What I didn't like was that it's March and cold outside and when I go to use the pool it's freezing cold. I wasn't asking for hot tub, I would have been great with Luke warm or something. Every hotel I stay up in Sandusky the pool is at least warm. Other guests at the hotel wouldn't get in but the kids did and said they were freezing so I wasn't the only one. When I asked the staff if they could do something the first girl said he did do it and it's fine. The second said there is nothing she can do. I felt a little bit offended but said to her that's the reason I came to the hotel. No discount no nothing because I couldn't use the facility.

I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Girl at front desk was nice when we checked in.

We went down to breakfast at 9:15. Breakfast was done at 9:30. Most everything was put away and we didn't get to eat nothing that was suppose to be for breakfast. Wasn't able to get in the pool because it was freezing in the room in was in.

I have visited this Best Western 10 years ago with my best friend and spent some nice days in Sandusky. Now we came again closeby this city and I chose this Hotel on purpose again.

Rooms were clean, front desk staff was very friendly

The room was either very hot or very cold, beds were stiff and sleeping was difficult, maid came into the room to make beds and my daughters hair netting (for a hair piece and bag to keep it in) was thrown away.
