Mattresses were uncomfortable (too firm).

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The free breakfast was good and was a plus to staying there.
The pool was small and felt like others could hear everything you say. It felt odd.

Convenient location.
Room was not ready, was told I would be called when available, 3 hours later we just showed up, shift had changed and no one seamed to know or care. Late night got even later with fire alarm going off. Staff was short and unapologetic. I expected more from the Hilton brand
