The location is good for shopping.
My only complaint is the fact that they do not have a good breakfast at the location. There is a restaurant on the first floor which was not good. The eggs were cold, the breakfast was delayed. I changed my order of eggs three times. There is an excellent place across the street were we had breakfast the rest of our stay. They need to improve the restaurant service. There is no coffee machine inside the rooms. No small freezer either so do not bring any food into the room or expect to drink coffee.

Good location and comfortable suite.
Services could be better.
Gym had decent equipment but very poorly maintained. Placed on a basement with no windows whatsoever it is a bit claustrophobic.

It's in a great location.
Even though there was always a security man at the door. The reception is not at the entrance, it's on another level, so one felt anyone could walk in and get into a lift/ elevator.

The staff were really nice and the great location were the only good things about this hotel.
The walls were dirty with marks everywhere, the headboard of the bed started to break apart and it was really nasty.
I think they clean the rooms well but the hotel is very ran down which made it feel nasty overall. I think the people working there are nice but the owner of the hotel is trying to squeeze all profit without investing anything back to make it a good experience.
For a 4 star hotel it didn’t even have a fridge, the hair dryer and iron machine were super cheap, old, dirty.
The windows are not tight at all so even with the closed window we could hear everything outside so it was really loud.
