With 5 stars and priced after that, I had big expectations. We were lucky to park in front of the hotel, the doorman and receptionist received us nice, even had an extra surprise for our wedding anniversary in the room. The corner room had a beautiful view on the city. The breakfast is nice amd we didn't visit the Jimmy's Rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast was delicious with good Cappucino. Hotel is sitauated a 10 minute walk from SoHo's prime spots.
What I liked less was the wear and tear of the hotel: hallway carpets and room cabinets have been intensively used. When we came in, the sink stopper was jammed and had to be repaired, rain came from outside into the room and the TV was either too cheap or too old that simple Netflix streaming didn't work. We noticed the residuals of room service of another room were not being picked up from the hallway for several days.

This was such an amazing hotel. The views are stunning and depending on your room you get a wonderful view of WTC. The soaps and shampoos are santal 33 which my wife loved. Our beds were comfortable and they even provided robes and slippers. I dont often write reviews but this hotel was a really cool spot
