The location, also the staff were helpful,
Everything was nice, but the rooms are small which is expected from this area, and also I wasn’t able to contact them via e-mail or booking messages before my stay for a request I had there wasn’t an e-mail shown on thier website

The 11 Howard suite at SoHo was huge for the price that we paid for. The suite has a modern design and perfect for big family. The location was also walking distance to subway stations. Thanks to the Howard team for our room upgrade and being helpful during our 3 nights stay. We appreciate it & looking forward to be at 11 Howard again on our next NYC trip!

I feel like I hit the jackpot with 11 Howard. Amazing location, great team, best coffee I have had in a while, and the room though small had outstanding bedding and amenities

Good location and it’s clean, but nothing more than that. Thank god we booked it on sale, at full price I would have been very upset
Tiny rooms that look like a motel with nice bath products. Tiny bathroom. Nothing luxury about the room. Paper thin walls so we could hear our next door neighbours flushing their toilet.
