Car parking and check in were very good and easy to do.
Location is very good. Just a short walk to the parks entrances or quick free taxi boat ride.
The room and bathroom were big and clean.
Able to sit outside room.
My family really enjoyed large pool with beach and drinks available in the evening.
The piazza with its facilities for eating and drinking were amazing.
Can't think of anything.

Friendly and helpful staff. Although ferry staff could be friendlier/happier

A great recreation of Portofino, excellent location for Universal parks with free transportation. The boats in particular were great as was the beautiful walkway to the 2 parks. Express passes for the 4 of us for 2 weeks saved a huge amount of money. Great restaurants on site and 3 very different pools. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff from the managers down to the cleaners.

Beautiful Italian flare
Nice rooms and roomy bathrooms
The food was just okay and for the price, I would definitely walk back to City Walk for better food options (This is regarding room service.)
