Great staff and awesome facility! Front desk representative Jonathan was very friendly and informative during our stay. Breakfast was also very good and location close to both universal studios and epic universe. Will definitely stay there again on future visits and I will highly recommend this property to others.
Barnyard style sliding bathroom door .... Would rather have a conventional door.

We had planned to go to Universal Studios that day, so location and price was good. I like the design of the room and functionality. The room location itself was nice for us- being close to the side door.
Not clean! We found a spider in one of the beds and cockroaches on the floors. Definitely needs more pest control. Also, If laundry is going to be offered, then there should be better machines. We spent 6 hours doing 2 loads of laundry due to quality of machines- soaking wet and slow dryer and the lack of efficiency of the other guests doing laundry.
