A simple, clean property
The a/c in the common areas was not working. (More of an issue for the employees than the guests)

Good location and friendly staff.
Room had an unpleasant smell as if someone had cooked in the room. Housekeeping had to provide deoderizer for us to spay. Could also hear people above us walking around so not enough insulation in ceiling.

Fine location just outside of Van Horn.
The room we were given smelled disastrously. When we asked to change to another room, our reservation was cancelled by the manager.
