Very convenient to the village. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating.
Being at altitude, it was quite dry. And on one evening my sink in the room was only hot scolding water. The friendly and helpful attendant gave me a pitcher of ice water and some cups the next morning, which I appreciated. I'm not really sure why that happened because the next morning I was able to get cold water from the faucet. I had to fill my dog's water bowl with the shower cold setting in the morning.

Great Location in the heart of Olympic Village that is dog friendly. The resort grounds were clean and well maintained and they even had free bicycles to use for those that wanted them. They were awesome to our pet and welcomed her everywhere and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
The rooms were good, but my guess is we stayed in the rooms for pets cause it smelled some when we walked in the door. I think the charge for dogs was a bit high and wish they would've used the fee to steam the carpet.

The front staff were lovely. It had unique and well done decor. The location was awesome.
The sheets were scratchy, it smelled funky mostly because it's a really old building. The hot water was way to hot and took a long time to get cold, the keys consistently stopped working and needed to be reloaded through the whole stay.
