Everything, property is very nice, well maintained. The staff and maids are very friendly and helpful

It appears that the maintenance and cleaning staff work very hard to keep the property clean and painted and modern looking. I appreciate the modern fridge and microwave and the hard surfaces (no carpets, fuzzy chairs, outdated furniture) It was clean and modern and loved the clean walk in shower. One day my key card stopped working so I went and a very lovely Hispanic woman provided me new cards and explained that the old one will not work) she was so kind and pleasant, she even gave us information on scuba diving in the area. She was so nice!

The first day on check in, the Indian assistant was very rude, not friendly at all, and ask for information (including a picture of my drivers license as well as my credit card) I ask her why since I had already fully paid and provided all of my information online before I arrived. She said if I broke anything she needed a card to charge. I ask for a print out since she required my signature and credit card hold. She then gave me a print out of my stay with absolutely no information on it 0 details all says prepaid, but on the bottom says if anything is missing or damaged they will charge me. I had also pre-requested a role away bed for the room before I arrived. (they didn't provide it) as my "child" was 13 and my stay was for one king bed (website offers this as a request). She said ok a role away, I said sure. She said ok that will be an additional 48$ per night. I was shocked as I already had "over" paid for this hotel 3 nights for $970. This was a request I had made before I had arrived. The air conditioner had issues, loud noises when it would engage (not normal, the sound waking us in the night) Also when we were there using the bathroom the water shuts off. No way to flush or finish showering... just lovely! No one informed us of this problem but rather we had to go find staff and tell them, we eventually left to find a working facility. Also exterior plant containers broken and holding dead plants. Hand soap and shower shampoo are the same thing. I mean thanks but come on $300+ a night for 234sqft..?!

Nice and clean and easily accessible

A little bit noisy but there was a funfair on for the labor day weekend.

Parking was located right in front of our room.

Shower was too strong (could not be adjusted) toilet was old and gross. Beds were hard. Towels were stained.
