Disappointed for the price point

I liked the location.

The breakfast selection was not appetizing. Upon arrival I asked for hot water to make tea. The front desk could not assist. The coffee maker in the room was dirty and old. The walls were thin and I could hear the man next door snoring throughout the night. The hallway was busy and loud, I woke up to the sounds of people talking in the halls just after7 am! The room was dated and dusty, the pics online were misleading.. The fitness facility had no free weights.

Very unprofessional, especially complaining in front of the guest that you had to clean rooms.

Took for ever to check me in and my 6 month old. They didn’t have my room available.(King) which was odd because they had several options for a king room. They finally found me a room on the first floor (two queen)but a pun entering the room it was cold, and the heater did not work. when I asked for a refund, they had already pulled my money from my bank. Which I then had to stay in the lobby for more time until technical support answered. So I had to find another hotel for me and baby on Expedia.

Beside the water, good

Everything went well.

We were on the side of the building that was getting worked on, and we had to run the water a long time before it would get warm or hot.

Couldn't double lock the door. Hard to get into property and find location.

Paid money for a relaxing stay and was woken up all night by other guest who didn’t respect some quiet time

Close to ppl

Other guest were having party’s in their rooms and in the hallway till at least 2 in the morning. No respect for other guest Seemed like a party hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very very nice.

The establishment was very loud. We worked at night and needed to sleep during the day but found it very hard to do so.

It was great experience.

Rooms were big and bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent. Never had sausage linkks with BBQ sauce or something. They were good had two helping.

I didn't know there was a $50 deposit for the room. That wasn't mentioned in my booking.

Greta hotel, newly renovated and clean

All round great hotel, friendly staff and good clean comfortable rooms.

Overall we had a good stay and I would book it again if I had to. I would also recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful when we needed extra towels and blankets. The bar is nice and the bartender was very friendly and conversational with the partons.

The poolside bar was closed.

It’s what you’d expect for the money

The bed was comfy, and breakfast was good but not a ton of options- eggs, sausage, a pancake maker, yogurt that wasn’t in a fridge or on ice, bagels and two cereals. The staff were friendly.

if you’re not picky and you’re only staying for one night and looking to not spend a lot of money, it’ll do. The hallways smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and weed, and our room smelled of cigarette smoke too. It says there’s a $250 fine for smoking in the room so I made sure to let the front desk know it already smelled. It was clean enough if you’re not picky; but if you’re the kind of person who notices when they don’t dust the corners of the room or the top of the shower or wipe down the front of the sink, it might not be a good fit for you.

Vending machines out of almost all drinks, bar/restaurant was not open on a Saturday and only 1 staff working for whole hotel.

Wonderful, clean, and comfortable.

I loved the main entrance area, it was beautiful!

The hallways are very dark, and smell like a mixture of a basement/weed. And our room had a funky smell as well, it wasn’t terrible but not great on the nose.
