Don’t think I’ll return

Breakfast was fine, woman friendly who worked there

Cleanliness of bathroom, floors near elevator were dirty with spills. The room was dusty. No one is monitoring people who clean

The stay was doable.

Breakfast fine. Location good.

Not a lot of space in room after the pull out sofa is used. No real closet space. Trash cans too small to use.

it was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

there was no regular cream for the coffee it was either sweet or flavored. the rooms weren’t ready when it was time to check in so had to wait for three of four rooms and the toilet didn’t work in one room so had to switch rooms after got into the rooms.

Good, yet much to be improved upon.

They moved us to a room that had a larger bed plus walk around space for my elder to maneuver. A friendly and courteous staff.

Broken unlockable inner suite door, and small room. The handle came off and no maintenance was on staff to fix it. Glued together desk, and otber tables. No closet (real one) in a room where four adults could sleep to be able to hang up their clothes nor a luggage stand to put the luggage to access their clothing (instead if on the bed). No firm mattresses for elders. My almost eighty year old elder had to sleep sitting up in a desk chair because the mattress was too soft for their body. And, the bed was too high for them or a child to climb up in. And, remove the hard metal stump your toe bases out from under these beds. No regard for elders that need a higher toilet seat, yet the are NOT wheelchair/handicapped bound. Stop shrinking the rooms walk around space. No vegan/vegetarian breakfast options and pitiful regular breakfast options. There are two many restaurants around you that compete and take away from your profit margin at a better price point because because cheap effort is placed on the breakfast offerings. Chasing the European Joneses and teen youth craze while disregarding our elders in restaurants, hotels, bathrooms, museums, etc will come back to haunt your company. Without elders we /you wouldn't be here to build a company, and you eill one day be an elder and wouldn't be able to comfortably maneuver your own hotel rooms. And, note, some elders outlive their family and still must travel to stay at hotels, alone, and they and their monies deserve the same level of consideration and respect as anyone else, and actually first.

Beds were very comfortable, room was quite and relaxin...very clean

The refrigerator wasn't working, booked a king, got to room it was 2 beds Room was really tight...not to much space between beds and tv

Great location. Very convenient . Staff were very accommodating

Rooms were oddly small and tight. Very little room to maneuver. Closet was more of a rack hanging off outer wall. Many metal fixtures were worn or rusted. Just feels like it needs an upgrade

Don't know what the facility was like...never got to stay there.

The staff. After driving for 11.5 hours and being 30 minutes away, I received a call from the hotel stating they overbooked and could not honor our reservation (that was booked on 1-22)... I had also received an email from them on the 27th saying, they were looking forward to our visit in the 30th. Called back and after telling her repeatedly and loudly (because she kept talking over me) that the situation was unexceptable; all she kept saying was that she all she could do was give us the names of others hotels in the area and she did not know if they had any rooms and she could not secure us a room elsewhere... When I continued to protest she said I was being "uncivil", and she hung up on me. Imagine being senior citizens in unfamiliar territory at 10 pm who have travelled many hours and then having to find a hotel with vacancies in a very busy city after having a confirmed reservation-made l2 months out. Very disturbing and very disappointing as I usually look for Hampton Inns as we have had good experiences elsewhere with them. I have had used Booking.com several times (with no issue) but I will have to think twice about using your service in the future if this can happen with your reservations which were made well in advance of our trip.

Had to change rooms because the TV didn't work. Both rooms were disgustingly dirty.

Good location but hotel cleaning staff needs more training

Location to I26 was good. Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

The room looked like it was cleaned in 10 minutes. Sticky spot on night stand, piece of trash there also. Hairs around tub. Only 1/4 roll toilet paper remaining and no extras.

We had to check out the same day we checked in because we were not staying in a room with cockroache

staff was friendly.

I have never had a problem with a Hampton inn before. I was completely disgusted that there were cockroaches in the room. The room was very small also. We had to check out the same day we checked in because there were no other rooms available.

Great place to stay

The hotel was clean, convenient to what we were there to do, great price and the entire staff was especially and helpful! We’ve now stayed there 3 times!

convenient location off interstate. easy to find, well-lit. quick friendly check in good breakfast selection ( included)

room door must’ve been hollow because we could reading hear conversations of other guests as they walked past our room. no hangers provided in room.

Great location, price and staff!

Staff was wonderful! Very friendly and answered many questions. Breakfast attendant made sure area was clean and well stocked.

Hotel itself could use some maintenance/updates. Sheets kept coming off of bed; not sure why
