Courtney at front desk was very helpful. Jimmy and Dee in housekeeping were super.
The en-suite bathroom could have been better cleaned. Appears as if floor had not been swept.

There was no walk-in shower or a handicap commode for the old handicap folks. I need a seat about 20 inches high. Thank you.

They had everything ready to go and we were 30 minutes early.
Housekeeping never came to the room. We had a dog but I even told them the dog is locked up in the kennel and they still didn't go in there to change the trash bag or bring us towels. I had to go to the front desk and get all those things and do it myself.
