So convenient to the Tzu Chi campus where the conference was held. Staff was amazing!!

The breakfast was amazing, I wish it wasn't just sausage and they had some bacon BUT such a wide variety, very very good. The waffle maker was A M A Z I N G! I also liked the curtains, fitness room with the water cooler, and how secure I felt. After 11 pm you can only get in with a key card which made me feel safe.
My only complaint is that the walls are thin, I could always hear laundry running around 12/1 am.

Breakfast was hot. Day time staff (young lady) was nice to talk with along with the maintenance guy. Wifi worked without a lot of effort.
The room had a odor and the rug was clammy to walk on. Tried opening to window to get rid of the smell before going downstairs to see if I could get another room but since we were in the room for 10 minutes we was told "no" by the night staff (young man), because we were considered to have taken possession of the room and that all the king size beds are located on the noise side of the building (street). If we chose to move to a double bed to get away from the noise and smell we would have to pay more. Never mind we had not used anything in the room except the chair, because we were reading our bible while trying to air the room out.
