Nice room, good location, secure parking. pricing was a little high, due to location.

The room was generally clean and comfortable, and the location was near the downtown attractions.

There were a couple of small problems: there was food left over from the previous occupants in the refrigerator; the tissue box in the bathroom was almost empty; a piece of trim over the closet door was missing; and a bulb in the light fixture over the sink was out.

Great, clean little spot.

The property is clean, neat and well maintained. It is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

My only complaint is that whatever cleaning agent they use in the showers is incredibly slippery. I almost killed myself getting in the first morning.

Såg inte alls ut som på bilderna. Nedgånget, luktade unket och skitigt. Vårt lakan hade både hål i sig och konstiga fläckar. När vi berättade det för personalen anklagade hon oss för att ljuga och att ingen kund tidigare hade haft ett sådant klagomål. Jag tog bilder på fläckarna och hålen, men det ville hon inte kolla på

Absolutely wonderful

Excellent location, close to the main sites to see and shopping. My room was very comfy and clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

It was my second stay and definitely won’t be my last!

The property is located close enough to downtown and the waterfront to easily walk there. I particularly like how quiet it is! The place is exceptionally clean and the staff is kind and welcoming.

Hmm,…well, I had a piece of olallieberry pie in the mini-fridge that I was really looking forward to eating; I forgot to hang the “do not disturb” sign and came back to a wonderfully clean room, bed made and everything perfect, including a clean fridge! Oops! 😆

Morro crest has good value

Close to town not very expensive for 2 days. The lady that checked us in was very nice she had everything ready. The motel was nice and quiet

The walls are thin lol I could hear the person downstairs snore and cough during the nite. The place where the motel didnt have too much traffic so it wasn't noisy in that area

I felt safe and the manager was very nice and accommodating! I will stay there again

the location and the size of the handicap room

housekeeping does not leave trash bags enough towels and coffee machine and ice bucket in room. had to get it from manager the next day.

Close to town and harbor. Room was comfortable & parking was good. Good wifi.

Morro Crest at its best!

The room was clean, well insulated too. We didn't need to turn heater on, and it was windy n raining.

Well, the comforter had stains on it. I know it happens, but it's not eye appealing. The walls are thin, heard a whole conversation til 2am. Doors banging, and we know it's no fault of manager.

A nice place with a good location. Basic accomodations at a good price.

Good value, hotel was convenient to everything. Bed quite comfortable, reasonably quiet location.

The room was quite dark, and the lighting was inadequate for reading at night, even with all the lights on.

Superb

The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for visiting the Morro Rock and all the restaurants around. The check-in was amazingly quick.

The room wasn't perfectly clean. The bathroom had a few hairs that obviously weren't cleaned prior to our check-in. Apart from that the room was good and clean.

Being woken up by gangster rap at 7am wasnt the vacation morning I had in mind.

The place was clean.

Unfortunately, Sunday morning of my stay I was awoken by extremely loud gangster rap at 7am. I was staying there with just myself and my daughter so it awoke us very early and in a very uncomfortable way. I contacted the front desk as the music was coming from my next door guest and it was so loud it sounded like it was in our hotel room. The front desk said they would "see what they could do" but the music never stopped, in fact it actually got louder and the songs more inappropriate. This stay wasn't cheap so I was extremely bothered the staff didn't do anything about this and the music only stopped when we were actually checking out hours later. Wouldnt stay here ever again.

Excellent location for walking to waterfront restaurants & shopping. Harbor seals & otters greeted us on our morning walk. Cute & quiet area!
