Not fancy but it met the expectations of the good reviews I had read. Cute, clean, and taken care of. The staff was nice. Good location. No A/C but apparently it was freakishly hot the day we arrived so it makes sense they don't have it. Cooled down the next day. 2nd floor #217 actually had a view of a beautiful flowering tree and a bit of the ocean. Walk down a couple blocks to the Embarcadero. Walk north a few blocks to some "downtown" shops and restaurants. Worried it might be loud since we had windows open and rooms and parking lot are right there, but everyone seemed respectful of this and it was very quiet at night in this chill beach town.
Bathroom fan was really loud, but this is a fairly minor detail.

It’s in a good location, it’s only two blocks from the Embarcadero is three or four blocks from the park near the boat launch. It’s comfortable and clean and the owner is considerate.

Room was clean, area where we needed.
Nothing extra, also didn’t realize no AC. Not horrible this time of year, but should be more obvious when booking I think.

Location is great, staff on checking in was great!
Dirty floor. Wife rubbed a wipe on floor and came up black with grime. Shower curtain short so water leaked on to floor. Fridge sounded possessed but worked ok.
