Un poco desepcionante

Lo único bueno fue el amplio parqueo y la limpieza de los cuartos que estaba bien.

No había desayuno el hotel, está en remodelación y no había ni café para el desayuno, nos dieron dos habitaciones que no tenían, ni agua en los baños y nos dieron una que estaba ocupado por los trabajadores, ya que había herramientas de trabajo así que nos tuvieron que cambiar a otra. Pero lo más desesperado, fue el papeleo ya que se tardaron más de media hora para poder darnos las tarjetas de acceso para los cuartos, Tienen muy mala coordinación en el sistema, aúnque estén en remodelación tienen que mejorar eso.

Overall, I was very satisfied and will return to the facilty when I am back in town.

Price was very reasonable and the staff was extremely accommodating.

The room key wouldn't work for longer than one day.

It was close to the place i needed too be for an event.

That it was a 100 cash deposit.never have i had too do that.dont carry cash.the front desk person had an infant child at the desk checking people in

TERRIBLE PLEASE DONT EVER STAY THERE

NOTHING AT ALL

EVERYTHING WAS BAD. Mold in the tubs and they were dirty the entire room was dirty and trashy. The rooms looked like jail cells

Shower half worked and the bathroom light didn't cut on. The fridge wasn't even plugged in or cool to put outer stuff in.

HORRIBLE

Staff was helpful, trying to make the best of a horrible property.

Property was in HORRIBLE condition. Dirty, broken down, whole second floor smelled of POT. I checked three rooms, two were completely unacceptable, broken furniture, missing furniture, broken air conditioning, art work off walls, stained and dirty carpets in hallway and room, water stains on ceiling tiles!!! Burn holes in bedding. Finally found one room on the main floor that was acceptable, but JUST acceptable. I checked at staying in other hotels, but were full due to the High Point Furniture Market. You should call me to find out more.....truly a brand breaking property. SHUT IT DOWN! Steve Wilcox 616.834.5844

The staff was nice.

Leaving a $100 cash hold money instead of a card. My room bathroom fan sounded like a diesel 18 wheeler, and the grate was held by one screw. They originally gave me the wrong room, and I walked in on a lady,I had to go back to the desk. Once i got in a room, I had no nightstand at all, and the room was hot 80 degrees, and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. The toilet seat was loose also. I had to ask how to work the shower because it was not obvious. The tub drain stopper was lying on the floor by the tub. The manager on duty offered me another room that looked 100 times better, BUT the bed had burn holes in the sheets and stains. He removed the sheets and said if I wanted this room he would have to get me some covers. I said no it is already 10 pm by this time, and with all this, I missed my function,. I was supposed to be attending. I said no I want to rest. I didn't want to wait for someone to come make the bed and move all my stuff again. By this time, I was frustrated and aggregated.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are wonderful, I love the location and the price is perfect. My get away stay is here, its peaceful and the staff is really great and helpful

Pay the extra amount to go somewhere else, don’t go here

The area of the Inn was nice.

All around the hotel was disgusting, hallways were not clean, everything was dirty. Rooms were extremely out of date.

never coming back

nothing it was horrible

horrible smell, dirty room, elevator didn’t work and I was on the 3rd floor. Then breakfast was trash they had no sugar for the coffee and break was a Nutri-Grain bar, a danish and a bottle of water and the food was out dated. I use to always book this room in ‘20 and ‘21 but I’m here to say you guys fell off tremendously. and I also woke up with two bites on my foot.

The room smelled very unpleasant. The ac didn't work. Which was unfortunate since it made the room stuffy and the smell stronger. I asked for towels even went to go get them they told me I would have to wait until they brought them. I ended up using a pillow case since no one made an effort to help me with towels. The counter was just haphazardly placed on top of what looked like a cabinet. I mistakenly leaned on one end and the whole counter was upended.

it was cheapest in the area

i found 2 roaches ALIVE crawling around in the room, the toilet seat looked like someone had sprayed pee on it and when i wiped it down it was literally brown and barely flushed, the sink leaked into the floor, the tv had a huge black spot in it, they didn’t collet trash or do any type of housekeeping, the whole lobby smelled like straight marijuana.

This was a good stay for the price. It was near everything i could ask for. The staff was exceptional. Would stay again, for sure

the hotel appears to be renovating. Supplies everywhere. Bathroom mirrors and bed mirrors could have been cleaned and the floor vacummed. other than that it was suitable for my need.
